Another good visit. This time I did a walk in early on Saturday (before it started crowding)... Josh checked me in and was surprisingly a good communicator. At first I thought he was just going to act preferential to regulars, but turns out he makes conversation with everyone. Even me who is usually kind of quiet. My friend Gabrielle decided she wanted to get her hair cut tonight as we were sitting at Panera, so we looked up salons near by. We called another salon and they never answered the phone so we called this one and asked if they were taking any appointments/walk ins tonight and we were able to set up an appointment for a half an hour later with Jessica. Jessica was so friendly and really made Gabrielle feel comfortable. Jessica let her know every time she was about to start something and double checked to make sure she was okay with proceeding, and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Gabrielle has never been to this salon before but she will be coming back because of Jessica! read more

Do not EVER get your hair cut here unless you plan to come back every week and have her style it. I told her how I style my hair before she cut it, and now 3 weeks later I still can't twist a pin curler in it, use my curling iron or curling brush, and it's nothing but frizzy ends all over my head. This place sucks!!! It doesn't even deserve one star!!! This is my second time coming to this unprofessional salon and inexperienced employees!!! I went in this second time to give them another chance because it's local but they screwed that up for me! All I wanted was my hair dyed and they once again didn't have any supplies or that color in stock! Management should be fired who orders ur products?? The last time I came they had a new girl cut my mothers hair and it didn't look like she did anything to it. I asked her to do it again and even showed her a pic of how my mom wanted it and it still didn't look right smh! Waste of my time!!! read more

I have gone here many times and I have never really had an issue, and the last time I got my hair done I went to a stylist that I have never seen there before (my first mistake) and I told her what I wanted. Now, I know my hair, and I know that the cut that I wanted does not take any less than 30 minutes to cut and style. She didn't even dry my hair, she just put product in it, and shaped it and that was it, within 15 minutes. You can't do that for the style that I wanted. I left, and within 10 minutes my hair just fell apart. It looked awful. I was embarrassed, I had to wear my hood up when I went out afterward. I should not feel that way after I walk out of a salon. I was able to fix it after I made my OWN changes, but how she did it and how unprofessional she was rubbed me the wrong way. You don't chew gum when you have a client in your seat, number one, and number two, there was a stylist doing her own hair on the salon floor, also unprofessional. I'm going to reconsider visiting this place. I am not happy. read more
