Came in because my 10 year old decided to cut her own hair... kind of screwed it up so took her here to get it fixed. Got the appointment right away online, went in, was greeted from very friendly staff and was asked how they could help. The girl made some suggestions and suggested a cut in the back but not to touch her bangs since they were so short. She did a great job cutting her hair and making it look better then how it looked before with her own hair cut. The bangs weren't touched so they can grown out... and it's been a few weeks and her bangs are looking great. I feel like they helped in a bind, and she also told my daughter to not cut her hair again... so hopefully she listens. read more

Lynn at the warminater pa location cut my hair in uneven short layers when I asked for a trim,no length taken off. The left and right side are unven and short staggered layers. The haircut was completely opposite of what she asked for. A trim means a trim not a complete change in length. She left in tears and came home in hysterics. Cut less first you can always cut more. I come regularly to have a cut by Denise. Made an appointment!! Received multiple texts thanking me and reminding me about appointment. I travel 30 minutes to have Denise cut my hair, though there are many stylists much closer. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told that Denise was unable to make the appointment, and, I can have the option of someone else cutting my hair, or, I can reschedule. If I wanted some unknown to cut my hair, I could have done that 2 minutes from my house. My anger is not a result of Denise having some personal issue that prevented her from keeping my appointment. My anger is that they didn't bother to phone me or text me, so that I wouldn't spend 1 hr round trip. Beware!!! Obviously, my time means nothing to this establishment. My mother had scheduled an appointment for me to shape my hair up for my second job interview. I had a specific idea in mind and i showed it to my hair dresser which unfortunately i cannot remember the name of. I had told her to keep the length on my hair (i had a decent length on my hair that came down way past my shoulders.) She then proceeded to cut off about 4-5 inches more hair than i told her to. And get this, she judged my idea and said that this would "look goofy" AFTER she cut all the length off my hair. I went home feeling completely different but not in a good way. Don't go here. Apparently Dana is always done for the day. She's Very rude. Go to Warrington. Valley Square in Warrington. That location is soooo much cleaner and super professional. Centre point location is so dirty. Stylist eating lunch In front of guests ignoring walk in's. It's a joke. I watched four people walk out while waiting to talk to someone because lunch was more important or cigarette breaks which one girl said out loud. I'm a general manager of a restaurant locally. If my staff acted this way I'd be fired immediately. However, I wouldn't allow this behavior because I care. No one cares here. This place needs CORPORATE to come in and clean house. It's time. They seem to have really stepped up their game lately. My stylist was Stacy, and she gave me just what I wanted. Before I came in, I had a massive bunch of hair on top of my head. Stacy warned me that, given the haircut I wanted, I'd have to lose all of the fluff I had on top. We talked about it, and she made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. But I got the cut anyway, and it came out super well! I got compliments on it for the following week. The wash was also really relaxing and what hair I had left felt genuinely clean. The shampoo put me at ease, and Stacy washed my hair without taking too long or being too rough. My only complaint is that, when I was getting my hair cut, Stacy was a bit rough with me. I get that having your hair cut as short as mine was is going to be a bit hands-on, so to speak, but it felt as if she could have gone easier on my head. When told the person that she cut my hair too short and uneven she didn't realize that she already made the mistake knowing that she was being told initially. JEEZ, Another 1st review????? Am I the other one who cares about looks in this area? Vomit...this place is awful! I was in Sally's in the same shopping center looking at the hair extensions, as I'm researching how to do them on my own. I'm always open to new suggestions, so I asked the chick behind the counter if she knew any place that does hair extensions? She hemmed and haunned and said "I think Hair Cuttery right down there does them." So I skipped on over as I LOVE checking out new places, its my experience..... From the outside it looks like a souped up Super Cuts, I'm already thinking to myself, Yeah Right !!!!! There is no way in hell I would even let them brush my hair. So I's walks in, NAME?!!!!! I hear being screamed at me! What. The. ???? I look and this she man with pocks and 50 extra pounds screams at me again. Now I'm not one to pick on folks foul looks but I CANNOT STAND RUDE UGLY MEAN PEOPLE!!! I hold back my fury as I say I don't have an appointment, she says it doesn't matter, NAME? So I think OK maybe she is going to use my name in a greeting, example: Hello Bonnie, What can we help you with today? Wrong! she proceeds to tell me it won't be long. Are you kidding me, now that I think back I should have asked if I look like I would get my hair done here?!!! Not in one hundred years.... So I proceeded to ask if they do extensions, at this point I'm curious, and I want to be entertained, to see what they have to say. Yeah is her response, how professional. So she starts looking Thur her appointment book to make me an appointment, just like that. Not telling me the cost, what method is used, etc. I understand that is what a consult is for but there is at least a few questions asked prior to see if they even perform the method you want. Golly, so I explain I don't want to make an appt. just yet. I ask what method does she use? She sews them in, ewww, not my thing, does she use any other method? My experiences with the place is fairly good. The only problem is the wait. Depending on what time you come in will tell how long you have to wait. The wait is mostly worth it though, you get a nice looking haircut that is done anyway you like and there are lots of nice employees that try to help you in any way. I just had my hair cut by Val and it was such an uncomfortable experience. She was more into her preferences and selling me on their products and services than actually listening to what I wanted. I also felt like she was prying into my personal life instead of letting the conversation happen naturally. I would excuse her lack of interpersonal skills if her styling skills were better, but she really has no clue how to manage curly hair. The worst part is that she thinks she does. In the end, I got 2-3 inches cut shorter than I wanted. I've been to other Hair Cutterys in the area so I was disappointed to have this experience at Warminster. I likely won't be going back and risking another bad experience. read more

Absolutely the worst. tonight was the second time I have gone in there and both times no one even says a word. the customer service here sucks. I didn't even bother getting a haircut. I walked out after about a half an hour of sitting there and being wordlessly glared at by the staff. I will definitely never being going there again. I have tried to get a decent haircut here in Warminster after Donna L. left. I've tried several different stylists. Once my hair was razor cut even though I asked for a regular cut. It felt like it was being ripped out by the roots. Another time the cut looked like a bowl was used and the hair trimmed around the edges. Another time I got a boy cut but that's not what I asked for! I asked for a blunt cut and not to cut out around my ears. This time I got butchered again. It is so uneven and sticks out all over. I have curly hair. I can't use gel or styling products because I am allergic. I know that my hair will grow back but in the meantime it looks like crap. read more
