He didn't put any conditioner or heat protector when drying my mom's hair. He quickly dried her hair to rush to wash other customer's hair. He didn't even show my mom the final look. She had to ask for a mirror. When she mentioned the color was not brown he just said well your blonde. My mom has dark brown hair in roots! She is not blonde. She left the salon with orange stains on her forehead and ears. Overall, terrible service! I will never go back!!

After speaking with us, they told us that they could not provide us with any service because we were late and that we would have to make another appointment and come back on a different day. My daughter and I were honestly shocked. We couldn't understand why, when there were four employees sitting there with nothing apparent to do, not one of them was willing to take a moment to see what we wanted to do with our hair. What makes this even more confusing is that your website clearly says "Walk-ins Welcome," which gives customers the impression that they can walk in without an appointment and receive your services, depending on availability. So why were we treated this way? The way we were treated felt extremely unwelcoming and, frankly, discriminatory. The lack of greeting, the long wait before anyone even acknowledged us, and the refusal to provide any service despite the circumstances left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was a very disappointing experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. Honestly, this place doesn't deserve even one star because of the discriminatory way we were treated. I also forgot to mention that they charged us a $50 booking fee and then refused to refund our money, even though they did not provide us with any service.
