At 11:30 another employee asks who we were waiting for and after telling her, she replies with "Shante ain't coming today". They offer to have another lady complete the services and after an additional 35 mins they start the wash and blow dry. Thinking this was the going to be a quick process, I walk to my car to do some work and about 30 mins later I come back inside to check the status and my daughter is sitting in a chair with a blowout with no guidance on next steps. Finally another young lady lets us know to come sit in her chair to flat iron. We were there for 3.5 hours for a flat iron. My daughter missed her ASB award ceremony that she was supposed to attend immediately after her hair appointment, but she made it to the dance. Overall, this place is unprofessional, unorganized, and I would never suggest it to anyone with a pulse. Also, not one person in that place apologized for the AWFUL experience. On my wet(lightly towel dried), tangled hair, she took a round brush and started to blow dry it. Now I know it's important in salons to fully dry hair in as little time as possible for time management, but she knows the history of my hair. Pretty damaged, and needs TLC. She was just kinda blow drying it how my mom does it in a rush LOL! I thought I was at least going to get some curls for $95 as well, but nope.
