fucking idiots is all i have to say. i come here from time to time and it gets horrible every time…read morei go. this one today pissed me off, they know me by now and know what i usually want i always do long almond and whatever color i choose that day. today i went with the most easiest color ever a neutral color and the typical length i go for. this lady always chooses me to do my nails and i showed her the photo reference i want and said anything similar to this color but no she did a sparkly white with chrome which i didn't ask for which jacked up the price of my nails. then the length she knows i like long almond she even said it herself but she already cut it before i could even approve and said "we doing short today" like what. it was horrible and terrible. i got tip and dip and the tip wasn't glued on properly and it broke the minute i started driving. i asked for a refund but they gave me a choice of either going in and getting it removed and get a refund or they do it how i want. I don't want to go in to that horrible place for them to ridicule me and embarrass me. i'm so fucking miserable and disappointed. they didn't even get rid of the residue as well. the one photo with a ring is the reference. please anyone looking at this don't go take this as a warning. wasted $60 not including tip

In the middle of my pedicure, another employee came over and completed my entire manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair trying to relax. The manicure felt very rushed, and the final result reflected that. My nails looked uneven, there were rough edges that hadn't been filed properly, and there was still polish on my skin. When I checked out, I expressed my concerns and asked if someone could fix the manicure. I then had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone could address it. They actually gave the same employee who screwed it up to begin with. What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I arrived, there were five other customers receiving pedicures. When I left, all five were getting their manicures the traditional way at manicure stations, while I was the only one whose service seemed rushed. The pedicure itself was great, but the manicure and overall customer experience were very disappointing.
