Walked in after being referred. Upon arrival I received dirty looks and a very unprofessional worker asking me "what did I want?". I explained I was looking to get a manicure. Another lady came over and looked at my nails and said "no we have nothing for you. We're appointment only. You will have to call." Why would I call if I'm standing in front of you and the scheduling book is right there?! I declined and left. We used to go there faithfully for years until Theresa (owner) refused to service my 4 year old daughter. I yelp everything and had seen the other reviews of them being slightly unfriendly to darker toned customers... but had never experienced it until this day. She said that there was no time to simply put paint on her hands and toes. Okay, no big deal. Literally five minutes later, a Caucasian woman walked in and asked if they could take her... and when she did, I was outraged. How could you deny a child that Im paying for?? Just disgusting. Yeah this place has limited shades of nail polish like very boring shades! Granny looking shades of nail polish! Nothing new! The two stars is for the reasonable prices! But other than that, that's about it! It seems as though they cater to lighter skin tones lol! And just like the other people who reviewed they are a bit rude to dark skin tones! Service was good done by Ana's gel manicure. The lady at the front who may be the owner is racist. You come in the salon and get frowned upon. I also wasn't aware that they did not take Venmo or Apple Pay. She was taking other customers before me such as selling gift cards and etc. she gave me dirty looks I even offered to give her the credit card number because I had it memorized. If your a person of color maybe look for a different salon. I was able to Venmo the tech who would then give the payment. It's very uncomfortable having to deal with the lady at the front as she just stares. read more

My favorite nail salon! I used to live much closer but now the drive time has doubled for me since moving. However, this salon is worth the drive for me. I have been seeing Sara for a few years now and I love my nails every time. No complaints! Pedicures, manicures, dip, gel, always the best. Very nice, clean, and professional! My nails never break unless I do something extreme (like jam my finger in the door by accident, ouch!) no chipping either! My real nails are strong and healthy under the dip. This is my 2nd time getting my nails done here. The 1st time I was surprised my gel nails lasted for 3 weeks without lifting. This time I added a pedicure and Mia did a fabulous job on both hands and feet. The feet massage during my pedicure was nothing I received before. She took her time on each leg and foot. I just absolutely adore the people at this nail salon! I've been to so many nail salons..BUT, by far this is my all time favorite!! They are so sweet, the salon is super clean and the chairs are super comfortable.. BUT..most importantly, I have to add VERY, VERY HONEST!I left my wedding rings here and 3 other rings a while back and they were very expensive..before I even realized it I got a call to hurry up and get back there. The staff here is very friendly, polite and professional. They perform excellent work. I come in once or twice a month to have my nails done as well as a pedicure. They also wax my eyebrows and offer the sensitive eyebrow wax which I need or else I totally end up bleeding/scabbing. It's always very clean and free beverages are always offered. I had the pleasure of being one of their first customers to request long and more shapely nails (most customers have chosen round or square shapes). I usually go to Nails & Spa in Braintree, but wanted to try this place out since I live down the street now. The place is a little cramped, but clean and well-ventilated. I did make an appointment and when I walked in it was super busy. There was a two minute wait, but she wrapped my nails in acetone in the meantime. The girl who did my nails did a good job, she helped pick out my color, she was fast, and nice. I noticed instead of a top coat she used nail strengthener by accident. She didn't say anything to me, just fixed it. But obviously I noticed. My nails look good, square how I like and painted neat and the color's even. I got my eyebrows & upper lip waxed too. It was a different woman, don't know her name. She was nice. She moved quickly. Asked me where I got my eyebrows done last, and said they made them uneven, that one is thicker than the other. I didn't think so, but it's been a while since I got them done, so that's why I was there right. I didn't notice until I got home that my eyebrows are uneven. Looks like I'm raising my right eyebrow, because it's thicker than my left. I'm frustrated with my new confused look on my brows, but at least I can draw them. I would still go back here for a manicure and possibly a pedicure though. read more

I called and scheduled a 5pm appointment. When I called I specifically asked if I should come at 5pm or 5:30 pm. I was told to come at 5pm. I leave work in Boston and rush to Holbrook in traffic trying my best to arrive on time as I am stickler for being on time. I arrive at 4:58. I park and walk in. I tell them I have a 5pm with Maya. They tell me to have a seat and they will be with me shortly. I sit there scrolling through my cell phone wasting time. At 5:15 pm I am told to go into the room for my wax. I go into the room and wait. At this point I am growing very impatient. She stands outside of the room and tells me she will be with me in a few minutes. I wait some more. at 5:25 I walk out of the room and see her giving someone a pedicure. I couldn't believe my eyes. As I was told to come at 5pm and I am having to wait almost 30 minutes to be seen. I am almost fuming at this point. She finishes up the pedicure and tells me she is coming as she walks by me to seat the other customer she was working on. I wait for her then we both walk into the room. I ask her very calmly who takes the appointments when customers call? She looks at me like I am speaking a foreign language. I repeat the question and get no answer. I tell her I called and was told to come in at 5pm when I specifically asked if I should come in at 5 or 5:30. I tell her you all need to respect people's time. I rushed her from work not wanting to be late and here you are making me wait for over 30 minutes like I have nothing else going on. It is ridiculous. She give me a mediocre apology. Then says she will get started. I was so upset when she left the room again to answer the phones and was on the phone taking her time scheduling another customer as if I wasn't already waiting 30 plus minutes. I wait about 3 more minutes and decide I will not pay for this disrespect. I left the room and walked out of M & T Nails in Holbrook, MA. I will never return to M&T Nails and I will tell all my friend and family about their poor customer service! They will not get another red cent from me or my family/friend. read more

The lady took very long I was there for 2 hours they file your nails way to much and she was very rough. They told me $40 for a full set but when I went to go pay they told me $45 i had nail polish behind my finger I don't think this set was worth $45 read more

First let me start off by saying that I had a hard time finding a good nail salon. Ive had horrible experiences where your rushed, they don't do a great job and you leave feeling frustrated. My stylist recommended Mt nails and I must say that there hasn't been a time where I have not been pleased. They do a GREAT pedicure. They take there time to massage your legs/feet. The only reason why I am giving MT Nails 2 stars instead of 1 is based on previous reviews and how busy they were when I was there yesterday. There is no way they do so poorly on everyone's nails as they did mine if they are that busy. But I was there yesterday for the first time and got a french manicure (full acrylic set). All you can see are bubbles in the acrylic. My nails look awful! I can't believe I paid $35.00 (before tip) for these. I have never had acrylic nails look so bad. This place is right around the corner from where I live but it looks like I'm going to have to travel to East Weymouth to go to my "old" place to get my nails done. :-( read more

I have been going to MT nails for years. The prices are much lower than many of the nail salons in the area. I always see Anna. She is amazing at what she does and my nails always look PERFECT. They ALWAYS remember everyone's names and greet everyone when they come in. Its clean, comfortable and everyone is friendly. Its a pretty busy place so you may need an appointment. I had to make an appointment for my daughter and I for pedicures. I don't recommend walking in...Its always busy. Even though they were slammed with customers they were very apologetic about the wait. They kept informing me and asking me if I didn't mind. The pedicure was great, she didn't rush it and it was a nice job. I tried one other pedicure place ( I won't mention it here) and I prefer MT nails. Close to home and its nice and clean. Amazing! I was a regular customer for over 5 years before relocating. My most recent visit to the area gave me an opportunity to stop in for a mani/pedi and an eyebrow wax Was able to book a Saturday appointment late Friday evening. Arrived on time and was taken right way for my pedi. I was serviced by three different technicians and they all went over and beyond to make sure I got the royal treatment.
