My hair was in desperate need of a color correction and plan to gain my hair's integrity again (refer to pics). Having your hair ruined is traumatic, but Sydney and the salon were compassionate and professionaproviding check ins during and after the service. The pictures speaks for themselves, I wouldn't trust anyone else in Seattle with my hair moving forward. It was approved until the week before where it was cancelled by the salon. They had scheduling issues, totally get it. Instead of saying it was THEIR scheduling issue and giving me options to book another appointment, they recommended a different salon in Bothell. I live in auburn, so Seattle was already a drive but I wanted the good quality for my curls. I believe the email said I could reach out if I wanted to "but it would be a long wait" which to me hints don't bother so I didn't. No hate to the salon, this was just my experience. And since I was so excited to work with people who understand curls and I was ready to get to dying my hair, the last minute cancellation and then no offer to rebook even though it wasn't my fault were my reasons for the stars. Well one star is cause everyone else gave 5 and I don't wanna bring down the rating. The 1 star is all I'd give.

How are you going to start cutting hair only to pick up a call and say you'll be ready in 5-10 minutes?? Let alone we are always waiting when arriving on time and there are people doing the same as we finish. In the end he rushes the cut and it is obvious. Doesn't take his time.
