Great customer service and good hair quality. The owner was educated on hair loss and provided information and products to use.

Minela paid close attention and has a very effective teaching style, she clearly cares about her reputation and it's obvious how she earned it. For Anne being brand new she did an absolutely amazing job and I'm thrilled to see how far she makes it in the industry. She paid close attention to detail, craved feedback and you could tell she genuinely cared about the work she was doing as well as customer satisfaction. Overall I'm VERY happy with the service my husband and I have received at Seattle SMP- just make the consultation, you'll be sucked in and happy you took the plunge. Thanks to this team of ladies I'm entering the summer with a high pony-tail and WAY less obvious hair thinning. Cannot thank you both, enough, for the confidence we've both gained.

You will not regret it. My hair has been thinning for awhile. I've tried everything to fix the way it looks. I used Rogaine for a long time until it started burning my scalp. I've tried hair pieces. I've tried using tinted dry shampoo. I've tried microfibers you sprinkle in your hair. Nothing was really the answer, because even if I could get it looking mostly ok, I'd always have to take a shower and wash it out and then live with myself at home looking bald. So, knowing it was going to be expensive I decided to at least reach out and see what could be done. Google turned up MM Seattle with the five star rating and how could I go anyplace else? I'm so glad I found Minela! Here are some things to know: She's super cool but totally chill and easy to talk to. Do not be intimidated by how cool she looks! Her studio is clean and bright and welcoming. It's not a spa like some places and it's not a tattoo parlor, either. She is passionate about covid protocols. The large windows are open and there is an a/c vent blowing right in your face, which means she's not breathing directly on you. I was afraid it would be challenging to get there from Renton, or to find it, but it was neither. Just thinking about going on the West Seattle Bridge and navigating around that area gives me hives but it turned out to be really easy to get to. There isn't a lot of parking but once you get used to the layout, I never had trouble finding parking in the area. And, of course, there is the result! My hair has never been thick but in the last few years, it's been THIN. You can't see the dots at all, even though the overall effect is a full head of hair. I can put my hair in a ponytail or wear it down with a part. I can make a part anywhere, which is extra cool. So yes, it was expensive, but it was for me, and my only regret is not doing it earlier. If you have thinning hair but you're not completely bald, I wanted to make sure you have a picture for reference because when I was looking for examples, I only found one picture of long hair. You're welcome!!

I'm torn between a 4 and 5 star here. I'll do my best to explain. My wife decided to come here…read morebased on the recommendation of a longtime friend of ours. - 4 Stars - The appointment for hair treatment was made for my wife. She did it online through their website. The appointment needed to be approved before you were confirmed for the appointment. The appointment was eventually confirmed. Oddly, my wife booked it for the 25th of Dec, but it was ultimately approved. When the day came for the appointment, we drove out (25 mins) to the salon and get there about 15 mins early. When it hit 10 am, we noticed no one arrived to open the salon. So she gave it 5 mins and made a call to the number provided in the email. To much the surprise of the person on the other line, she did not realize she had an appointment. But (much to even much surprise) she said she lived about 20 minutes away and was on her way. So we decided to wait it out. - 5 Stars - First, the fact that this individual came in (regardless of the mixup) was enough to earn 5 stars. She definitely is a specialist in hair health and took care of my wife. I went to grab a bite to eat but (after taking a look at my wife's scalp) told her she was going to need about an hour and a half to get her back on point. And that she did. It was a long appointment and my wife (and I) were more than impressed by the results. My wife also spoke to me about their time talking to each other. It must have been a good discussion because my wife was vibrant and full of life afterward telling me about all the stuff they talked about. All in all, how can you complain about an appointment mixup when someone is willing to come in and open up just for you, on Christmas no less? Just an impressive display of commitment to the customer by the owner Miny. Note (to other customers): looking at the reviews, it doesn't seem like this place is a salon for hairstyling as much as they are experts in hair care. I could be wrong but that would be my inference. Thank you.

I sat in her chair and just prayed for the best. But she talked with me, addressed my hair concerns, and leaves me feeling beautiful whenever I leave. I usually just get a wash and press, and I only come once a month or so, but I appreciate Miny's honesty and how she takes cares of my hair and makes it look great when it's done. This picture is from a day after she did it, so instead of the tighter curls I left with I had a beach look today which I loved.

From the very first appointment, it was clear how much he genuinely cares about his patients--not just clinically, but personally too. I've struggled with rosacea for years, and he is the first practitioner who has addressed it so thoroughly, thoughtfully, and with such care. I'm so grateful. I've had three Excel V laser treatments with Dr. Greene, and each one has been such a positive experience. He goes above and beyond to ensure comfort--offering small but meaningful touches like stress balls to squeeze, talking through every step, and having his assistant use a cold roller throughout. These details made such a difference in helping me feel calm and cared for. I've never felt so at ease during a medical treatment. Dr. Greene also takes the time to really explain things--he has a screen mounted on the wall that shows helpful graphics about skin and treatments, and he walks you through it in a way that's clear, respectful, and empowering. He even followed up with a personal phone call when I had questions. His staff is just as wonderful--kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. I've never felt pressured to buy anything or pursue services I don't need. The whole environment is one of respect, support, and true partnership in care. If you're looking for someone who combines deep expertise with genuine empathy, I can't recommend Dr. Greene enough.

The Hair Club - Tukwila, Washington…read more I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did at The Hair Club in Tukwila. I met with a lady named Susan for a hair loss consultation. Her assistant took pictures of my hair while she explained that my hair was in very poor condition and said I was the "perfect candidate" for their program -- which would cost around $8,000-$9,000. I told her I couldn't decide right away because that's a lot of money, and I wanted to research and compare other clinics. But she kept pressuring me, saying I could "lock in a discount" if I put down a $1,000 deposit right then to receive some products and a laser hat. I paid with my PayPal MasterCard, thinking I'd get the laser hat in the mail. But after doing more research, I found so many bad reviews from people saying this place only cares about money. I immediately felt uneasy and decided not to move forward. When I told Susan I wanted to cancel, I offered to pay just for the products, but she said the $1,000 couldn't be refunded because I was already "locked into the program." I never received the laser hat, and PayPal didn't help either. Now I'm left with a bag full of unopened products (photo attached) that cost me over $1,100. The whole experience was stressful, misleading, and left me feeling taken advantage of. Please be careful before signing or paying anything here. Take your time, read reviews, and don't let anyone pressure you the way they did to me. I truly hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake.
