Embarrassing! Expensive lesson learned - had to have everything corrected at another salon. I did call and requested to speak w the manager or owner but no one returned my call. The receptionist indicated that she was "almost a manager because I've been here the longest" - not sure what that even meant. lol! All in all - will not be patronizing this business and will tell others the same!

Initially scheduled an appointment for 11am. She changed the time to 10:30, to which I agreed. The day of the wedding, she changed the time to 11am, then to 12, then to 1pm, then to 1:20pm. At the final time change, it would have made me late to my own wedding. I told her I wanted my deposit back and I would just have a friend do my hair/make-up. She told me the deposit was nonrefundable and refused to refund my deposit. She then told me that she had been "flexible" and accommodating to me. She did not provide critical information and continually changed things until I could not keep the appointment. Then she kept my deposit and stated that I put her in a "tough position." To be honest, when you continually change the time of the appointment and then leave me where I have no hair/make-up on the day of my wedding, I feel that I'm the one left in a "tough position." Do not use her, or any salon that employs her. She is unreliable. Update: I spoke to the salon owner. She was very nice. I believe the actions were made by the individual alone, as she is an independent stylist there.

I would find studios or social media profiles that never really made me go WOW! Until I came across a shared post on Instagram. Someone had received a lip blush from this studio a10 brow studio, that made my mouth drop wide open with HOW amazing this service looked on this individual. I then picked my jaw off the floor and it hit me... that says "a10 BROW Studio" and with one click I was hooked! I started following the page and found BEAUTIFUL brow service after beautiful brow service ... the pictures just went on and on, every one just as (if not more) impressive as the first. I knew this was the studio for me. COVID hit and made my dream of having beautiful brows pushed forward a little longer, however Amanda was amazing! She communicated and informed everyone of what the process was going to look like as far as rescheduling and moving forward during this uncertain times. The day of my appointment the process was FLAWLESS. I felt safe, I felt welcomed and I felt heard. She asked me questions and listen to my concerns and dislikes with my current brows. She double and triple checked with me on everything. Amanda is a professional and in my opinion JUST FLAT OUT a true Artist. She is precise and has a great eye for attention to detail. She had precision and perfection to the details while mapping out the right look of my brows to match my face shape, eyes, etc. One of the things that stood out to me most was her comment "thank you for trusting me as your artist." WOW... thank me ? I couldn't thank HER enough for easing my nerves and making this process so enjoyable and easy, as well as making me feel absolutely beautiful! I had no clue what I was in for but I can say without a doubt this was not only one of the best decision I have made for myself but also the best studio artist I could have ever picked!
