Very beautiful salon with talented stylists. I had my color done by Vanessa who was very pleasant but also excellent with color and foil highlights. Vanessa matched my hair color perfectly and blended in highlights seamlessly. My hair has a pretty golden blonde sheen to it now with nice color all throughout. Vanessa shampoo'd my hair with a nic dancing massage with her magic fingertips. She definitely got all traces of color mixture out and added in a hydrating shampoo and very conditioning conditioner. Mane Attraction has wonderful conditioning shampoos. My hair is so silky now and hydrated. My color services are always abov and beyond here. I've always had wonderful layer haircuts here also . Today I got such a very beautiful base color with highlights. I always get blonde or platinum or brown blonde shades (bronde) and color is always vibrant and shiny and gorgeous. I noticed the other guests in the chairs around me also left with gorgeous shades of blonde and nicely styled hair. You will always get a wonderful hair service here at Mane Attraction. This was my hair after leaving Mane attraction salon. I was given a very rushed, blonde bolayage by a very unfriendly hair stylist. After too much heat on my blonde foils and a wshe came over to me to let me know a lot of my hair is very damaged and breaking off and then demanded to know what I was truly using at home on my hair. I was pretty taken aback by her lack of social skills and problem solving. The owner was nice and eventually came over to me to give me a free hair cut. He said all I needed to fix my terrible hair color was a toner that they could do next time for me. I left and got multiple other quotes and feedback from other stylists and they both said I needed an actual color correction it was so bad not just a "toner". I ended up losing a lot of my front hair pieces they were so brittle and damaged. I'm now having to pay over 500 dollars to get my hair fixed somewhere else! read more

This is my go to salon! It's clean and beautiful and every member of staff has always been so kind. I have gotten my hair done by Madeline twice now, for color and haircut, and both times I left SO happy with my results!! I have been coming here for years (like over 15 years). I have been part of what they call their modeling program, where stylists like Jaida get even more training than they get during beauty school. I have seen Jaida the last several times that I have come in and she is super sweet, professional and very good at listening to what I need. The owner Chris is amazing and all his stylists are trained beyond any hairstylists I have ever met. All of the staff that I have encountered and had do my hair are super sweet and kind. Hands down THE BEST SALON from Buckeye to Scottsdale. After moving to Arizona from California a few years back, I went on a mission to find a good hair dresser to replace my old one. I've tried so many salons, so many stylists in a growing radius. And I was disappointed (once to the point of tears) from the haircuts I received. But this salon is miles above the competition. I will tell everyone and anyone about this place. The moment you step in, you're greeted warmly. You get a tour and some history about the salon and the education the stylists receive. You're offered water (or other beverages) while you wait. The entire store is super clean with a great atmosphere and nobody is pushing you to buy their products at every turn (like so many other salons). Next, the haircut! My stylist, Roseanna, was AMAZING. I will wait months for this woman if I have to for my next appointment. She knew what she was doing, she made great suggestions after considering my cut request photos and what was in style. And she educated me every step of the way on how I can best manage the cut I wanted with my normal hair are routine. I loved her! I haven't loved a haircut this much in years. read more

I came in already feeling extremely self-conscious and vulnerable I've been struggling with unexplained hair loss, and it's taken a big toll on my confidence. When I mentioned this to the hairdresser, instead of showing any compassion, she laughed. I felt embarrassed and dismissed. It was humiliating. I was very clear multiple times about the type of haircut I did not want, and unfortunately, that's exactly what I got. Not only did she ignore my requests, but the final result left me feeling even worse about myself than when I walked in. I've truly never lost so much confidence over a haircut before. I left the salon feeling ugly, unheard, and honestly, heartbroken. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness, especially when they're going through something personal and difficult. I had a bleach touch-up with Reese the blonde specialist a few years ago, and let's just say I'm still dealing with the aftermath. The stylist who worked on my hair seemed to be in a bit of a rush--understandable, since she had to make it to her daughter's event. However, I didn't realize that my hair's quality and health would take the backseat to her schedule. Throughout the process, I noticed some breakage, which the stylist casually mentioned. I figured she knew what she was doing, so I didn't worry too much. When I asked if she was going to blow-dry my hair, she simply said, "We can't," and left it at that. Little did I know that skipping that step was just the beginning of my nightmare. As I drove home, I decided to roll down my windows and enjoy the breeze--until I noticed that the "breeze" was actually my freshly bleached hair breaking off and flying out the window. It wasn't until I got home that I fully realized the extent of the damage. What I initially thought were baby hairs were actually full-on breakage up to the scalp. Mind you, my hair was down to my chest before this. After letting it grow out a little, I went to two different salons to try to fix it, only to be told that my hair was too damaged to work on. This wasn't just a bad hair day--it was a $300 lesson in why you should always make sure your stylist has time to do their job properly. This experience has haunted me for years, and while I was too young and naïve to speak up at the time, I hope this review serves as a warning to future clients. Think twice before trusting your hair to someone who's more focused on the clock than on your hair. read more

**Update to my review** The owner of the salon called me to explain that the overcharge was due to the $25 consultation fee that they charged initially. It was not refunded when I paid for my products and service. The prices for the products thst day were the same as the Aveda website. Thanks Chris I had a consultation with Rosanna about a month ago, and we discussed at that time my goal with my hair. Today, I had my appt. and although I'm struggling with the outcome because it's a drastic change, it's the change I wanted. Rosanna was great, talking me through the process and reminding me of my goal with my hair. The only complaint I have is that I buckled and bought multiple products from them, I usually don't because I know salons mark up the prices. MAS did as I expected. They offered a 25% discount, but it really wasn't because on the Aveda website, I could've purchased all the same products for $99.50 with free shipping vs. $124.12 from MAS. Could it be more because being a new customer, I received a free product? Or did I really pay for the "free product"? Be aware!! read more

Today was my first time at this salon, and they will 100000% be my go-to from now on. They were super communicative even before my arrival, and I was able to email them some photos of what I was looking for the day before my appointment. They knew exactly what I wanted walking in, but still talked me through everything that was going to happen with my hair. The hair wash alone was so amazing, and they even offer to give you a back massage before the wash! Roseanna was such an angel and helped me achieve the look I was going for. On my way out, they gave me a referral card for a friend, and even a free sample of one of the products used on my hair! A friend of mine recommended this place and I was happy to find out if was 2 steps away from my nail salon. Making an appointment was easy online. When I checked in I was given a quick tour of the place. I came in for a haircut. Urian listened to what I had in mind and gave a few of his ideas which in the end worked great. Before washing my hair he gave me a quick lil back massage which was a nice touch. Urian was very personable and fun to talk to. The haircut was great and I love forward to coming back again soon.
