She's been doing my hair for six years, and fully supported me going from blonde highlights to my natural gray. And made the transition so easy with some clever blending. Then, when the gray didn't come in exactly as hoped for, she suggested some minimal silver high lighting that looks gorgeous and natural. And has no grow out issues, so I can do it as infrequently as I want. Her blowouts are sublime. If she moved to another city, I'd follow her there. Welp my hair paid for it 200$ later my hair is damaged! Half hair has a wave other half is straight and ends are burned and thinning! They took pictures to send to manager welp fast forward two days later manager said a re do can be done I said absolutely not then the owner called and texted asked for all pictures and apologized but again said a redo no refund no thank you I'll take a 200$ loss never will I ever step foot back inside there! She is so talented and my hair felt unbelievably healthy after. I got a blowout with Grace, she is so sweet and my hair was so gorgeous afterwards. Ivory did a partial blonding, root tap, and toner on me. She showed me all of the toners and was so patient with helping me decide on which one I wanted to go with. I have had the good fortune to have experienced a few of the salons stylist and they are all extremely talented. They listen to your needs, make suggestions follow your lead and leave you looking like 1 million bucks. There are various sundry items for sale from hair care to gorgeous and reasonably priced jewelry, candles, and other fun items. I have always made an appointment, but I do hear them excepting walk-ins while I'm there and I have never heard anyone turned away.
