There really was not much hair/scalp massaging. They scrub your hair and wash it. They also provide a facial and massage your arms, back, feet, and hands. Afterwards, they bring you to do a heavy metal detox. I'm not sure if it actually works, but it is a cool concept. They do charge to blow dry your hair if you do not want it to be air dried. I didn't like how they do not style or use any product. And beware if you have long hair, it is $30 not $20. Overall, I enjoyed the experience but not sure if I'd come back!
