Today, when attempting to use the last gift certificate, I was informed that it had expired because I only had 60 days from my final monthly payment date (4/13/26) to redeem it. However, the gift certificate itself clearly states that it is valid until 10/22/26. The assistant manager, while polite, proudly presented a copy of the cancellation agreement and insisted that I had agreed to the 60-day limitation when I signed the form. Unfortunately, she appeared to have no authority to resolve the issue and demonstrated little understanding of basic customer service principles. Based on previous reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident. The discrepancy between what customers are told, what is documented on the gift certificates, and how the business ultimately handles these situations reflects a pattern of deceptive and unprofessional practices. Long-term customer loyalty appears to hold very little value here.
