I knew that something was not right, when the stylist kept me at the sink for 45 minutes, dumping glaze and masks on my hair. My neck was killing me sitting there, but I thought maybe she is just trying to do a good job. After I walked to the chair and looked in the mirror, my hair was totally matted. The water was dripping all over my clothes. The hair looked so bad, that it looked like somebody was weaving them on purpose. I got very concerned. I knew it is going to be bad, because two other stylists came over and tried to assess it. They started brushing my hair and a huge chunks were just coming off. I almost cried. I have no idea what happened and how simple root touch up became such a disaster. They may have mixed the formula wrong or something like that. But the result is I now have a third of the amount of hair I came there with and most of my hair is broken at all length.

New and former clients will ask for a Hair cut with a Hair Color and will be spending $300+ due to random add on; basically stealing money from their clients. I also heard they laid people off due to Covid and stated that people who do not show up to work will not be able to have their job back after the 'mandatory lockdown.' Not only is the owner hostile, and money stealing from clients, but her and her other stylist continued to talk bad about Black Lives Matter and the protests going around Downtown Naples along with the protests on Collier Blvd, (I heard this one on one from a client, who will not be named to protect their identity.) From my research, from former clients and employees, and from my experience with them, they are completely unprofessional, scammers, and completely comfortable stealing money from their clients and then proceeding to talk bad about them, but they are also arrogantly racist and uneducated.
