I wish I could give a zero star review if I am being honest. I have no idea where to start! For starters the Manager/Owner is completely stuck-up. I have heard nothing but bad reviews from this salon but I decided to give it a try. I called to make an appt, not only was the front desk unprofessional, but they had no COVID-19 guidelines to follow at all. I asked if anyone is required to wear masks, in which they stated that they 'clean very well' so 'masks aren't required.' I also tried to ask about the 20% off deal for new clients (which is by the way posted on all their social media platforms) yet they wouldn't honor it. My friend Mary who gets her hair done often there, goes off about how Audrie (one of the stylist) goes on and on about how great Trump is, and how Covid is fake and all the deaths are made-up. She claims about how much this virus is a joke. I decided to do more recent and completely disregard getting my hair done here since they were all completely unprofessional. A stylist who use to work there but later quit stated how rude and stuck up the owner of the salon is, as she is only motivated by money. Other Front Desk Receptionist claim how hostile and rude the management is to their employees and how stylist talk bad about their clients in their back room! Not only does some of the stylist completely suck at their job and literally never give their clients what they want regarding hair cuts and colors, but certain stylist AND the owner will add on random stuff to their appt to upcharge them. New and former clients will ask for a Hair cut with a Hair Color and will be spending $300+ due to random add on; basically stealing money from their clients. I also heard they laid people off due to Covid and stated that people who do not show up to work will not be able to have their job back after the 'mandatory lockdown.' Not only is the owner hostile, and money stealing from clients, but her and her other stylist continued to talk bad about Black Lives Matter and the protests going around Downtown Naples along with the protests on Collier Blvd, (I heard this one on one from a client, who will not be named to protect their identity.) From my research, from former clients and employees, and from my experience with them, they are completely unprofessional, scammers, and completely comfortable stealing money from their clients and then proceeding to talk bad about them, but they are also arrogantly racist and uneducated. I would never recommend this place to anyone! (Update:) I also heard from other businesses in the complex that the owner will go door to door asking for money or prizes for fundraisers but when other businesses are throwing fundraisers and ask them if they'd like to pitch in, the owners response is "No, I work hard for my money, Sorry." If I could give 0 stars, I would! I came here back in 2016 and had the worst experience of my life. Figured I would share my experience to prevent future customers from wasting their money here. Had dark brown box dye on my hair and had full knowledge that I was NOT going to achieve the blonde I wanted in one session. I was originally put with one stylist for my consultation, then on the day of my appointment it was changed to a different stylist. They then gave me a NEW quote on how much more it would be because of the different level stylist. (unusual I know) Little did I know it would be over $100 more than what I was originally quoted at the beginning of the appointment. I asked for a balayage. My roots had already grown out and I was wanting to keep it that way. Hence. Balayage. Like I said, I knew I was not going to get even close to the blonde that I wanted. The stylist was extremely rough as well. I am not tender headed and she was RIPPING my hair out trying to brush it... AFTER bleaching it. Come on. Of course it is going to break off! I had pieces broken off in the middle of my head. Not only was portions of my hair broken off... but I was given highlights. I did not want highlights. And not only was it highlights but they were HORRENDOUSLY done! I waited almost 2 years to get my hair done again. I spent that long trying to regain the healthiness of my hair and let it grow as long as it could so I could chop it off and get what I originally wanted. I came in to get a hair cut and have my tips colored. I repeatedly asked about having my color put in and was ignored. The end result was not what I wanted and I paid over $300.00!! I do not recommend coming here. Please see the picture of what I wanted and showed them versus what they did for me. I am not impressed. Update: after speaking with staff, I am going back in to see if they will do anything to fix it. I will update this review pending me allowing them to try and fix. read more

Well, they screwed up my daughters hair, charged her wayyyy more than quoted and then would not make the problem right. My daughter was persistent, trying to get a resolution. The owner never replied to my daughters many attempts to reach her. Instead, she called the cops who called and advised my daughter that the owner has asked her not to communicate with her. Who does that?!?!?! My daughter learned a tough and expensive lesson. Do not go to this place. The owner is a drama queen! My daughter has had to go to three other sessions at another place trying to correct the mess! My daughter came home from college to earn money....and got taken advantage of by this "lady"...smh. I walk by this salon each day. I decided to give them a call to make an appointment for a cut and color. I am so glad I made this appointment. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt I was the most important customer in the Salon. I was worried I wouldn't get out in time for an appointment but Andria assured me I would be. Made an appt for a consultation. Got there a few minutes early and had to wait 25 extra minutes. I do feel like the Stylist was detained by a very picky customer, That said, someone should have told me it would be a few more minutes. Just kept around waiting. Got to see stylist Aubrie. Here's the turn offs. While I was trying to explain the reken product used on my hair currently (I moved from another state) and show pics of the hair cuts I liked, Aubrie took the phone out of my hands as if I was taking too long. Its a good thing I didn't have photos I didn't want seen by someone else. First example of rudeness. The while she was examining my hair. yes it felt like she was examining and not just viewing, she made a comment about how uneven the cut was and the color was wrong. First off it is cut a bit shorter on one side on purpose!!! Secondly, I the way she stated the color was wrong was as if I was walking around with a color that was off. BTW- I have had compliments on my color. Look every stylist has there own ideas of what will look good and I am really open to trying new things, but please don't disrespect the past stylist and make the client feel like she looks awful. When all was said an done the price was 80.00 dollars more than 4 other salons and that includes salons I've been to in major cities Houston, Miami, Ny and San Fran. All Redken salons. I've noticed many times there aren't many people at the salon and Aubrie said she was the manager. Its probably a shame I didn't set up appt with owner, maybe I would have had a different experience. Life is too short to give business to someone rude, condescending, over priced that treats you like you are doing them a favor. Good luck growing your business! I won't be going and I'm sure whoever this stylist comes in contact with won't be either. PS. i don't want to hear excuses like you are having an off day because you found out you are pregnant. I met with Andria who described the process, the benefits of a BB for my hair type and what the end result would look like (not pin straight hair just less frizz).
