I brought my…read moreEXTREMELY picky eleven year old daughter into Xandria for a new look, which I was nervous about it because she's never happy with the haircuts she gets. Mary reached out to me beforehand to ask about styles and talk over the inspiration shots we sent. My daughter wanted a "cool" haircut, and I didn't want her to look too old just yet - Xandria talked to both of us, assessed her (long, curly) hair as it is and asked about how she wanted to move forward with styling and caring for her hair. Then she did a cut that balanced exactly what we both wanted and works perfectly for her hair type. She's happy with the bouncy layers that make her feel more grownup and she looks beautiful in an age-appropriate way, phew! More importantly, when Xandria asked her opinion at the end, she said "Perfect!" which has literally never happened. Xandria also chatted with my daughter and was very communicative through the whole cut, which really put her at ease.
