Horrible experience. I will never go back. It's unbelievable that someone who cuts hair couldn't even do a simple trim correctly. The stylist completely messed up my daughter's hair, and I'm extremely disappointed with the result. She still charged me $30, and I paid it because this wasn't about the money--it was about expecting a basic haircut to be done properly. I followed my favorite stylist, Trish, to this salon. It's located on Florida (State Hwy 74) in East Hemet. A nicer more rural part of town with a lovely mountain view (continue East on the 74 to visit Idlewild). I don't mind the drive because Trish is the bomb! Cut, color and style, she is amazing. Went by yesterday to get a quick fade done on my 4 year old. Walked in and sat down. One of the ladies was sitting across from us eating her lunch, one lady was cutting someone's hair and then the other was Twitter tweaking on her phone sitting in her chair. The one who had a customer asked if we had an appt and I told her no so she asked the lady that was just sitting there to help us. Right away she walks up and says "I don't know if u want to wait cause it's gonna be a long wait cause I have someone coming in". We ended up leaving and had to run to another store so on our way back about 30 minutes later and she was still sitting there. Her approach was rude. Definitely won't be back. read more

I tried Hair reflection OMG Awful!!! **** 20 thumbs down ***** I have a med golden brown base with multiple color highlights and she went DARK BROWN with highlights I couldn't even see. This color washed me out and was horrible what was she thinking!! She wasn't! She never even offered to fix it ... Bad service and color ..I will not mention the hairdresser however. read more

I went into the salon on a referral. The girl Who was recommended to me was busy but we were already there so we went with someone else. Hair cut came out great. If my feedback was just on the cut, I would give 5 stars. But... Red high lights came out horrible. You can hardly see it. I commented but was quickly dismissed. An explanation as to why the color didn't show would have been nice. Or maybe an offer to try again so I could get what I was paying for. I have been here 4 times now to get my eyebrows waxed. Everybody is very nice. Melissa normally waxes my brows and does a fantastic job! The last time I was in somebody else did them and I was not happy with the results. She didn't do a horrible job, but I had to go home and fix them myself. So if your going to go make sure Melissa does them. read more

I have been going to this hair salon for the last couple years and i couldn't pick a better salon. Actually what makes the salon better is the stylist Melissa Gonzalez. She always does a great job with my hair and not only that i always have a good time with her. She's always very personable with the clients and including myself. Her customer service is always at it's best, and she's very talented at what she does. I watch her do other cuts, styles, and colors and i see how the customers react and she does a great job. Quick tip for everyone looking for a hair stylist: Always look at the stylist hair before letting them do anything to you. YES!! Finally a person that knows what they're doing!! I brought my daughter in for a style. She went above what I thought. My daughter had a high school dance( homecoming), she did a fantastic style that held all night. We couldn't find anyone that knew how to braid and style before, they said they did but no, it fell out every time. MELISSA is up to date and knows what she's doing!! The price is fantastic. We'll be going back for everything. They made us feel like family, truly!! My daughter is very uncomfortable around new people normally, she feels at ease and wants to go back.
