I'm new to the area and needed a trim but I've been with my hairstylist for 13 years so I'm very hesitant to let someone else touch my hair. I called a few places but when I called Touch Up, Sandra was not on my very sweet she was accommodating and got me in very last minute. When I arrived I showed her some photos of looks I wanted and she made some additional recommendations that I really liked. I would totally recommend coming to this salon. Myra did an excellent job ; I love it . It was totally the look I wanted to go for. I needed a touch up since the last she seen me last year 2021 with shorter hair .I love how it blends . I wanted highlights; but this time re-touch up Its More like a Balayage she said. I love it anyways. I would also recommend buying hair products from her too. I buy my purple shampoo matrix brass off from her instead buying it somewhere else. There's the dry leave in conditioner I bought from here as well & this frizz serum for the hair I forgot the name of it but love the products I get from her it works really good. read more

I spoken to Ms. Rodriguez on the phone and she scheduled an appointment Saturday the 30th at 10:30 AM. I called Saturday morning to confirm my appointment but there was no answer at the number that was provided. I decided to drive over there to make sure that she was there . I knocked at the door and she did not remember her appointment with me . Nor did she remember me from our last appointment. She already had another customer in the hair . The moral of the story is my business didn't matter . I felt discriminated because I don't speak Spanish and Ms .Rodriguez never returned my voice message . read more

As a Hair Stylist myself for 41 years I know real talent and Sandra has it! She loves what she does and caters to each client with their wishes. She has my very high recommendation! read more

I was desperately searching for a stylist to take care of my hair. I had a violet at home dye with my side shave growing out. I needed some updated color to help handle half the program because I'm letting the shaved half grow out. Sandra responded to my plea. It was my first time at the salon and Sandra was very professional. She listened to my wants and delivered above and beyond. I am very pleased with the look and will be back for future needs. I went to Sandra's salon for a color and Bob haircut. I brought a picture of the type of Bob cut I was looking for, but I guess it didn't seem to help her:( It was early evening, when I left and I couldn't see the unevenness of how my hair was cut at the time. But in the morning I was able to see that the one side was cut drastically different from the other side! Even the back of my hair was cut very differently from one half to the other! I had sent her a photo of the hairstyle I wanted and asked her if she could do that style; she said she could! Now I will have to go to another stylist to fix this very uneven mess that Sandra passed for a haircut! From the photos on her website it appears she only has worked on long hair styles.
