I first met with Ally for a free hair consultation. I was able to book an appointment via text. On the day of the consultation, I asked about the process, maintenance, and price. Compared to others, I found her overall prices to be reasonable and fair. In addition, Ally was very patient with my indecisiveness lol. I was extremely worried about matching my hair color. We decided on blending two different colors. Funny thing, I went back a second time to just make sure that the colors we decided on was exactly what I wanted. Ally was very understanding and was more than happy to welcome me back to recheck the color. On the day of installing my hair extensions, she ordered backup hair just in case, which worked out perfectly. I ended up using one color instead of a blend of two different colors.
