My hair had to be cut off because of the damage. I have natural curly hair, it is just now getting a little curl back to it. But nothing close to what it was before! Now, it's hardly growing and continues to fall out. Then, they posted one of my personal pictures on their Facebook page and have yet to take it down after me asking multiple times. The owner was sweet, did not charge me for what they did and reimbursed me for a wig I had to get and some products. But my hair is not the same and not growing normally. It has caused such damage to my self esteem I can't begin to explain.

I asked what I'm guessing is an apprentice hairdresser why my hair was so dark and was told it will get lighter the more I wash it as the toner will dissipate. Was in tears after I left bc my once cute sunny blonde hair is now the color of ashes..grayish brownish..and my roots are now darker than my natural color..wth! I wondered if I had to wash my own hair and blow dry it at home PRIOR to coming in; after I asked this, she said flatly this would cost me $50; basically feeling like she was shutting me down. I ask Bobbi more than once of she wanted to look back at the photo of what I wanted and she didn't want to. My hair is not even the same length as the reference photo or style and I was charged about $60 for this travesty...granted I bit my tongue and paid for it but honestly this is awful and I left feeling ugly and regretting coming here. I knew my color wouldn't be correct in just one sitting...and Courtney lightened it to what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about her color and knows how to hone her craft. She had me in and out in 2 hours...a record for tone, highlights wash and blow. Base was lightened - not too much cause the highlights really brightened my whole head up. I liked the fact she used a silver toner - or something silver which I think my hair really took to. I got my ashy with blond highlights!! Thank you . Oh...and Courtney knows her food!!
