I took a photo on June 6th showing the root coverage didn't match the rest of my hair AT ALL. I reached out to Maria with my concern, she said she could get me in on June 19th, that I would only pay for "the product, but she would leave my hair damp so she didn't have to charge me for a blow-out and style." I went in on June 9th to dispute my charges and she said "I think you're the type just looking for free coloring" and said that she wasn't going to charge me for my next coloring just for the blow out and styling.
