The tech, who I'm assuming is the owner or at least the manager was very nice and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to 3 days later and 5 nails have cracks in the tips. I called and let the person who answered know. She asked when I wanted to come in to fix them? She didn't sound surprised, she wasn't apologetic, nothing. I wasn't extra hard on my nails I did normal every day stuff I do. Because Gel X is a softer tip I can understand if a tip was too narrow for my nail bed and it cracked from that but 5 nails?! I told her I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened. I got to the salon when it opened. The man was very nice and did a great job replacing the 5 nails. About 30 minutes later the lady who originally did my nails came in. After the man was done she asked him a question about my nails. Even though it wasn't in English I knew because he shook his hair and pointed to the top of his nail. He repeated himself a couple times and kept pointing to his finger so I can only assume he was reiterating that my nails were cracked. The station I was told to sit at when I had to go back was dirty from the day before. Clipped tips were all over the floor, the towel from the day before was on the station with clippings and acrylic drops. The tools from both visits were not clean and rusty. The nail brushes to wash your nails were all first and has that reddish algae that builds up at the base. I gave 2 stars because the man to redid my nails was very nice! I will definitely not be going back to that salon.

I've been coming to Cindy's for 23 years, my first manicure was when I was 5 years old. I love them…read morelike family! They're more old fashion, but they take great care of you. They have these big black cushioned computer chairs but will find ways to make you feel comfortable. They have the pedicure buckets but their massages are next level. If you ask for water/juice/tea they bring it. And have a small tv that will typically have a good movie on! They are very detailed but if there's anything you want for your experience ask and they do it. As I got older there's trends I like and typically if I show them a photo they get really close. Another thing is time, they take care of every cuticle and your nails will go through some processes so it be may be more to the time consuming side. If you're in a rush let them know ahead of time. But a full set mani-pedi from them runs anywhere between 1-2.5 hours and about $70-90 without a tip (which use to be a lot less for the longest but they have to increase prices because competition and the economy). They are the most integral. Do sweet and actually care about their work. I might have special treatment but kindness goes a long way with them! Fills start at $40+ and fills run you about $25 flat (cash only)

I have been going here since it first opened and even after they changed owners! They do absolutely amazing fantastic work! I love getting a full makeover cleanse once a year! I go in every three weeks to get a fill for my acrylics and have experimented with my lovely nail tech, Karen! different designs each time! she is lovely! absolutely the sweet asian lady! she is very attentive and a great conversationalist! they all know english so it is not hard to communicate! I 100% recommend her to all of you who are interested in making your nails pretty! you name it! i have tried it on my nails! BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE OMBRÉ AFFECT OR CHROME HAS TO BE MY PERSONAL favorite! that light pink transitioning to white is so pretty!!!!! ahhh! it is also basic and would match any outfit perfectly! It is literally my go-to for any occasion: wedding, party, birthday! I have been going to Hair Zone for 8 years. i have never been disappointed.! I have had my hair styled by Donna, Victoria and Eve and have always been thrilled. The stylists at Hair Zone always listen to me and style my hair exactly as I have asked.. Besides being professional stylists, they are charming, witty and caring women, taking their clients personalities and needs into consideration on a personal level. Older clientele are treated with respect and patience while younger clients walk out of the salon spiked and spunky ! I also have my nails done at Hair Zone. KAREN is a true artist! She can paint mini masterpieces on every finger or just give her client the state of the art latest technique. I am very particular and the stylists at Hair Zone 1 have earned my allegiance. Whenever my cousins and sister gets their nails done, they go here because the employees are so nice and do a good job! Karen does greats acrylics and pedicures! it is also pretty non expensive in my opinion! They also have many options! I love the color changing ones from kiara sky brand that they have! It changed from blue to gray when in cold temperatures or warm temperatures! I like sticking my hand in cold water or the freezer to see it change colors haha! Its super fun, cool, and trendy! Donna has been amazing and has done a fantastic job on my hair I love her work and I have been going to her for about a year now and she never fails to make my style fit me. Cut, color, brazilian blowout, love her services and am so thankful. She will be my only stylist here in Washington state and the only person I trust to do my hair in this area. I went to her the other day for a cut and she did my layers perfectly. Awesome customer service and I always get offered coffee, water or tea while there. I have been going to stylist Donna for 15 years now. She has always been consistant with not only the cut I want but whatever color I am in the mood for that month. She was the first and only stylist that when I told her I did not want my bangs cut listened and didn't cut them. I would recommend her and Hair Zone in a blink of and eye. Donna also does my family's hair and they nor I have had a complaint yet.
