The shop itself is super clean and you can tell it's very well maintained. We were greeted at the door and everyone was incredibly warm and inviting. We both got pedicures but my mom opted to add on a manicure as well. My mom's nail tech (for the pedi) did an absolutely amazing job and took her time making her comfortable from start to finish. As for the manicure, the woman did it simultaneously with her pedicure and that was probably not the best idea . She was on her phone for half of it and didn't even touch her cuticles. To finish, the paint was awful. My pedicure was also super mid which is fine, but the paint was also bad. Thankfully everyone was really friendly and the one pedicure outweighed all else. I regret not getting the name of the nail tech that did my mom's pedicure because she is the real MVP here.

During my appointment I noticed the nail tips weren't placed correctly on my natural nails and mentioned it to the technician. Instead of properly fixing the placement or explaining anything, she said she would fix it but just layered acrylic over the top. I was charged $90 for my set and it has already started lifting and it hasn't even been 6 days. For that price, I expected much better quality and nails that would last longer. The communication could be better as far as what services actually consist of so that you know what you're getting versus what you're paying for. The pedicures themselves were just okay. There wasn't much communication, and when there was it wasn't clear. They used single use kits for their pedicures. You can select different scents, some have CBD--some have collagen...stuff like that. They are labeled as premium, but probably aren't really premium products. The pumices used were like disposable yellow pads that. While these single use items are more sanitary...they do have kind of a cheap appearance and don't perform as well as products Ive had used during past pedicures in other shops. They don't massage your legs and feet for very long. They have a good selection of choices for polishes. Their pedicure seats do appear to be newer. They are clean and comfortable with option to massage you while you ate serviced. It wasn't horrible, but I think there are better shops out there for the price. More attention to detail would pay off especially since they don't seem to be busy. They do have a loyalty program and gave us $10 gift certificates for our first visit to use on a future visit within the next month or so.

SHE RIPPED OFF MY TOENAIL I've been going here for years…read moreand although their services aren't perfect, I've always found them to be friendly and well priced so I kept going in. However, the last time I was there, I had an unfortunate incident with my dog on my big toe so to fix it I simply asked the lady to put on some gel to even it out a little bit. She then tried to put polish on without putting gel on, and I corrected her saying no that's not how I want it. I don't want it all rough and bumpy so she sent me to the chair to get my fill for my nails... keep in mind, my feet already had a pedicure, and my big toe was primed and ready to go, all she had to do was put gel on and even it out like I asked them several times at this point. Another lady prepped my toe nail yet again, even though it just had been done and SHE RIPPED OFF MY TOENAIL, like almost completely off, thinking it was fake when it wasn't. Obviously. I don't know about you, but I can tell the difference between real or fake nails, and I don't even work on them professionally. When I got angry with her about it she acted like I was the problem and made me feel absolutely horrible so now two weeks later I am still dealing with having a ripped off toenail that I'm praying to the gods that it ends up growing back in and staying. I don't know if it will, but I will never be going back this nail salon for as long as I live. If I could give zero stars I would. So disgusting.
