I booked with her online about 6 weeks ahead; her availability is slim, understandable that she is in high demand, as her skill set speaks to that. I wanted my hair bleached/toned to a pretty light/pale blonde and chopped to a super low pixie. Current color was brassy from attempting to do it myself at home. (Including before & after pics.) Esther was not only enjoyable to chat with (good energy, and very kind) but the quality of her work was incredibly impressive and commendable. She was great at analyzing my hair, all of my cowlicks and quirky hairline, in order to honor the shape that I wanted. It was clear that she is an expert in her field and the quality of her work matched the cost. I have been a long-time customer here, and my stylist Dylan never disappoints! He always has me leaving feeling better than I arrived and loving my hair! His haircuts always grow out very nice to where I can go 3 to 4 months and still love it. I love the ease of setting up appointments. The online platform is user friendly you can set up at either the 2 locations! They send plenty of appointment reminders too, which is very nice. I went to see Stephanie for blonde highlights. I went in for a consult with her first and we went over how I wanted my hair. I had been to previous stylists who could never get the blonde that I wanted. Stephanie took such good care of me! I cant say enough about how much I love love love the way it came out. she took extra time using SO MANY FOILS! to get me to the blonde that I wanted. my hair feels great because of the K18 product she used in my hair. Esther cut my hair and gave me some fringe bangs! This was my first time coming into such a fancy salon. I made an appointment online and my expectations were exceeded! Esther took the time and care to give me the bangs of my dreams! She also helped me style them and gave me her card if I needed any help or had any questions! Eh definitely not tony and guy.. the gal was pretty rough on my hair I could feel it ripping as she was drying it. I went in because I needed help with my hair. Came out a tad shorter than I would have liked. Not too sure if I am digging the cut at all\: it was my first haircut in a REALLY LONG time, and I can honestly say this wasn't it. I really wanted to be happy with it. But I left with my hair looking extra frizzy and my scalp hurting because it was an hour of pulling tugging and ripping. Do not go here. At least do not go here and use the stylist named Callie. Wow. I got my haircut THREE MONTHS AGO and am still suffering from the worst haircut I have EVER gotten. My hair feels different now. I hate how I look and it honestly feels like this nightmare haircut will never go away. She assured me she was a stylist for 6-7 years. It certainly does not show in her talents. I asked for a shorter haircut with a balayage. My haircut is all over the place. She cut layers so short on the one side of my head that I could not even push them behind my ear to keep them out of my eyes. I could not put my hair up because it was so uneven. It was like she just couldn't stop cutting.... I wear a hat every single day to hide the mess. For what I paid, I am so flipping disappointed. And the coloring is just.... horrendous. It is as uneven as the cut. The fault is on the salon for not ensuring their stylists are qualified to work there. They had recently increased Callie's prices as well, but I cannot imagine why they thought she deserved more investment. I had reached out to the salon a few weeks after the massacre on my hair happened and no one got back to me about my experience. I am so disappointed in this salon that came "highly recommended." I wish I could give less than one star. The people were very nice BUT what matters is that they lack the ability to do hair. Things started going wrong when Emily didn't put toner all over my hair. When I sat in the chair I could see the straw yellow of my bleached hair right above my ears, and at the base of my neck. I insisted on having it redone because it was an uneven patch job and it was NOT EVEN ClOSE to the color I had requested. I was so upset that it took everything I had in me not to cry while I was sitting in the chair. While I was reeling from that disaster, Esther came in to cut my hair and she literally took all of my hair. I had been growing it out for 3 YEARS. She didn't even ask me where I liked to part my hair, and didn't bother to make a straight part. She just went straight in for a huge cut. And kept cutting and cutting... I got the second toner that I requested but it was still the wrong color: brassy and yellow. The last insult they threw at me was that they couldn't style my hair because they ran out of time. I left the salon looking like a yellow, wet, matted poodle. I had no idea what my final hair color or cut looked like. I styled my hair at home and to my dismay I had an uneven hair cut. I have layers going up so high on one side of my head and long layers on the other side. The over all shape creates a triangle effect. I'm pretty sure I got the same quality hair cut from a sports clips 2 years ago, and I only had to pay them 20$ for that. I paid way to much here for mediocre service.
