I've come here several times, each with a different stylist & never have been disappointed. They always make sure that they don't cut off too much which is great for me because I am always worried of my hair being cut too short. Set an appointment ahead because they can get fairly busy here. Staff is always friendly & has done exactly what is requested. Elizabeth did my most recent trim & did a great job. This is my second time going to this salon and I'm very happy with my visits. Marissa is my stylist and I highly recommend her. She really takes the time to listen to what I want with my hair. She always checks up on me when I'm waiting for my color treatment to be done, whether the water temperature is comfortable for me or if she's with another customer. I have a lot of hair which takes longer to cut, style, blow dry, etc but my last two haircuts were the best I've had in my life and so many people have complimented me on how great I look. Needless to say I will be returning to Hair Masters and make sure that Marissa is my stylist. read more

I came here while on vacation desperate for a hair fix! I walked in this place and I'm glad I did. Caroline was patient with me while I decided what to do with my stringy mop! She suggested a deep conditioner that worked great and she spent a lot of time on my hair making it look and feel just rights. She was also very friendly and happy. I recently moved to Florida from New Jersey where I lived my entire life. I'm super Careful when it comes down to my hair, since moving here I haven't had my haircut bc I feared someone would mess up my hair. (I've had the same stylist for over 23 years) I decided to just make an appointment and go get the haircut I desperately needed. Walking in I will be honest I was terrified, but that feeling soon went away when my stylist Caren began to explain why I had such a dry scalp and even recommended a shampoo, conditioner, and a leave in conditioner that I ended up purchasing at the end. Not only did she give me such great information but she did an AMAZING job with cutting my hair. I haven't felt so great about my hair in 2 years and even my husband loved it! I 100% recommend if you're having the same issues I did or have that same fear that you give Caren a shot and I'm sure you will leave so very happy. Today was my first time here and the lady extremely disappointed me. I just wanna say "how could you become a hairdresser?" There was a very long black hair Spanish lady around 40-50 very nice and friendly welcome me at first. Asked me to show her picture which how I want my hair to be. I started feel unwell since I see the way she use her trimmer. She just leave my hair cover over my face which I felt very uncomfortable, I asked she to use hair clip to stable it but she ignored and used her hand while another hand hold trimmer and turn me 180* from left to right - right to left to trim my sideway hair. She trimmed over both side and the back make her colleague had to fixed at the end. She couldn't even hold her scissor and comb professionally. She started to cut the top part of hair like someone at the first day join the class. She tried to even the whole thing but for me it was a big mess with hair spike into my eyes and over my face. Then she asked me come for her to wash my hair so she can retouch it after all. She gave me the comb to show her how I want she cut my hair..!!! Really?? I have hair cut almost every month since I'm 13 years old and now I'm 32. Never ever I have this kind of "treatment" not even from the barbershop. When she realized that I start being angry she left me for her colleague to fix my hair. And I still had to pay $17.5 for someone to ruined my hair and being so up set. read more

Second chance was not worth it. First time here in September was good. My son was in the chair right after we walked in and the stylist did an amazing job getting his blue-green summer hair ready for school The second time, today, was horrible. We arrived 2 minutes before our appointment. Was not acknowledged upon entering, nor for the 25 minutes we remained, even by the stylist who saw us enter. The lady next to me left after telling me "Good luck, I've been waiting an hour." The other lady who was there when we walked in was finally acknowledged and checked in right before we left. I am okay with waiting, who knows, maybe a stylist called in sick. But to never even be greeted with a simple "hi" is completely unacceptable. read more

Never go here. They will pull your hair excessively, talk about you right in front of you (because they think you don't speak Spanish...surprise you do) and the end result will be fried, greasy hair. If you love your hair do not go here. They will also overcharge you. For years I had been coming here and had been charged $30 for my over the shoulder length hair and all of a sudden I'm paying $61 for a service that used to take 45 mins and rather took 2 hours for a worser result. Make sure you ask for Bibi. She gives crisp haircuts on a consistent basis. Overall the whole salon is professional and priced competitively. Everyone is always polite. Located at the Loop Kissimmee. It can get crowded on weekends so I recommend making an appointment (a weekday is probably best). read more
