Please do not go here…read more I went to Bristol Uptown Salon today to get a trim before my engagement photos this evening. I asked for my hair to be cut/trimmed 1 inch so that it could be healthy. My hairstylist proceeded to cut my hair 2 inches and after making the first trim ask me if it's OK to cut it more than an inch. It was really too late at that point and I told her no that's not what I wanted but there was no way to turn around. I also asked for there to be some face framing and cut the little baby hairs that I have around my face so that they can continue to grow, she decided she did not want to do this today. To make matters worse, she proceeded to bang my head up with her harsh brush and scratch the shit out of my head and neck with her long pointy nails even when I kept saying ow this hurts. Horrible experience... I will never go back.
