Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return. My only complaint with the massage room is that the salon chairs are right outside the door and you can hear what's going on outside a bit. I was her client for over a year, until I realized she had burnt my hair off at the bangs and at the base of my neck, and NEVER TOLD ME she had done so. She also continued bleaching services after burning my hair off. I had to cut my hair very short to match my burnt hair, and to rid my hair of the excessive damage she'd caused. yes, bleaching is damaging in general, but as a professional stylist she should know how to bleach safely. I've been extremely insecure for months with this drastic change because of her. She's never owned up to it nor apologized. my new stylist was APPALLED at the damage my hair had.
