I came in wanting a big change and was honestly really nervous because I'd had long hair for years. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, looked through all of my inspiration photos, and explained how my natural texture would affect the final result. What I appreciated most was that she never rushed me or pressured me. Instead of cutting it shorter than I was comfortable with, she intentionally left a little extra length so I could live with it first and come back if I decided I wanted to go shorter. It's not at all what I asked for. As much as I want to have it evened out, I'm honestly terrified of having any more taken off and ending up with it even shorter than it already is.
