They will not warn you when you exceed your retainer nor will they provide monthly itemized invoices. They chose to not advance my case and let it sit there for four months despite knowing we wanted to settle. The paralegal is the only one who worked with me and it was just to run up the bills, they charge like $90 per email. She copied opposing counsel on an email with sensitive info, and lost the worksheet that she billed me lots of time to prepare with our actual income figures. The lawyer maybe emailed me once in four months, just didn't care about my case. This firm preys on single moms who go there for help, only to try to be destroyed by their own lawyer!

At this point they've cost her way more money than they have helped her get back. They have been so rude and unprofessional. We've showed up for schedule appointments that they forgot to put on their books and we were turned away. They cut a check that she did not approve nor know about, causing multiple late payments and interest to go up because of their mistakes. She was told it was an old note that was left and that the secretary found when she got back from her vacation. That is why they made this huge mistake! A $10,000 mistake! Every second of dealing with them has been a hassle. They did not help her in any way in fact at this point they have cost more money than they have helped her with. Do not use this law firm you'd be better off throwing your money in the trash! It would at least save you the headaches. Again do not use this firm!!
