Haji helped me when I was stranded on my way to pick up my kid from school. My engine went out with no warning. I used the Honk app for the 2nd time and was fortunate to get Haji for my roadside service. Not only was it evident that Haji is experienced and knows what he is doing, Haji is very friendly and explains in layman's terms what is going on with your vehicle. He was also able to put my young son at ease from the drama in the middle of his school's parking lot by letting him operate the control to put the car on the tow. My son LOVED that! Because of the extra time Haji put into my situation and figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle, it was not just a tow and drop-off. Haji took a look under the hood of my vehicle and was able to quickly diagnose the problem which ended up being a failed engine. My Hyundai Sonata was under recall for engine issues. Had it not been for Haji, I would have spent thousands in repair at the cheapest mechanic I could find. Instead, I was able to review the warantee on my vehicle along with the recall campaigns, which resulted in 100% covered engine replacement, tow fees, etc., a loaner vehicle and an inspired son! It was bad enough that my car key fob fell down an elevator shaft. It got worse when the towing company that was hired by my insurance company canceled because the clearance at my condo was too low for their truck. Things went from bad to worse when there was not one single towing company that could take my car to the dealer to get the fob - its one of those push button kinds ( not cheap). If I couldn't get the car towed, I couldn't get a new key and my head was exploding. Then I read a review for Haji Towing and decided to call - the absolute best thing I did in two days. I can't say enough great things about Muhammad. First, he reassured me that I would be able to get a key. Then, he went to the dealership, bought the key and arranged with another locksmith to program my key. I now have a car key and I couldn't be more relieved. After a day of temperatures -45 and below, my car would not start. That morning i tried using jumper cables, to no effect. I called several tow places as well as AAA, with no luck. Everyone was crazy busy due to all the calls that were coming in from people in similar situations. I called Haji's Towing, and the owner told me that he could get out to my address in two hours. Haji's Towing helped me and a friend out of a bad situation along Hiawatha just off of Lake Street with lots of rush hour traffic. He responded within the 10 minutes he said it would take to get to us. He quickly and efficiently hooked us up and towed us to Hayford Auto where he waited for us while the mechanics determined the problem. Saved us! Stranded New Year's Eve at MOA. Negative temperatures with a flat tire in a parking garage with a suburban size vehicle. No tow option available spare tire won't release from under carriage. We were running out of options but he refused quit without helping us. I gave Haji a call recently when I got a flat tire and discovered that the place that put my tires on when I bought them had tightened the lug nuts so much I couldn't budge them with a 4-way at all. He and his team were up for a challenge towing a low profile car in a low clearance garage. It took a while to get the car towed. Haji Towing was a lifesaver last night. My tire blew out on 35W. I called another place first and was told it'd be a 2-hour wait. I then called Haji Towing, which said 35 minutes, which was great.
