It's buffet style, with fresh seafood you choose on the spot and they cook to order. From fish to scallops to shrimp to oysters, and different ways to prepare and season, everything tasted delicious. They also have lobster and king crab for an additional price. Drinks are not included but can be added for a small price. The service was also superb with different people checking in on us throughout the meal, asking for additional drinks and warning us when it was last call for the kitchen. For those who are considering going soon, they have a discounted rate until April 26, 2019 for the buffet. If you're in the area or coming to visit, I'd definitely recommend you check it out!

Once cooked, you then dip then sauce with "Puso" - a rice, covered and braided with bamboo leaves, cooked slowly in coconut water. This rice dish is only found in Cebu, and it's what the locals eat daily as their rice staple. Best to also eat with your hands. It's how the locals eat it. There are instructions how to cook the sauce at the wall. Azul also has inihaw (grilled in charcoal), cooked squid, seafood, and the famous Filipino Sisig dish, made from parts of chicken and pig. I was surprised they also provide dim sum and they cook this for you. Actually, it was delicious. There are indoor and outdoor dining area, but it's best to eat outside as it can get warm indoors. Once you enter, the place is very clean and has modern interiors. You have 2 choices where to dine: the air-conditioned area and the al fresco area. We stayed in the air-conditioned area because it was hot that day. Kuya J serves Filipino dishes such kare kare, crispy pata, and pochero. If I were you, skip all the meat and go straight for the Grilled Scallops! This is the best-seller and most popular appetizer. It's a simple dish actually. Scallops are topped with cheese and BUTTER then grilled. Served hot and fast, it only costs Php210 (4.51USD) per plate. We ended up ordering 3 plates. LOL! Other dishes you should try: Chorizo Dinamitas (chilis stuffed with chorizo meat), Lumpia Presko, and, for dessert, Tablea Flan with Coffee Syrup (chocolate flan with coffee caramel).
