The store itself doesn't seem too dirty, but the customer service is insanely bad. WOW. I DoorDash and went in tonight for an order, when I've been staying away from this place for a few weeks due to poor experiences in the past. I asked why I was told it would only be a minute or so and always ends up taking almost 20 mins. One of the young boys working turned around and said that I didn't have to accept orders from the restaurant instead of apologizing and trying to make it right. I was in shock. They work on several orders at a time, instead of following first come first serve and making ONE order at a time. It always takes so long to get my orders and I'm beyond tired of this place. I have NO idea why they're always so busy when they're so awful. Train your employees in customer service and get orders out quicker! Yikes! read more

Amazing food. Sometimes a little disorganized with the orders so if see yours is done, if you remind them they'll give it to you. Love the salads, super big and filling if you get the chicken :) they also have icecream here. We generally don't eat in the restaurant but there is room, there's just a ton of people picking up to go orders. read more

This is my first time ordering from this place, and I didn't received my correct order. It was completely wrong, And I was missing an item. I ordered a chicken gyros, philly cheesesteak, and a cheeseburger. I received a veggie gyro, a chicken sub, and my cheeseburger was missing. GRANTED: someone from the place called me and asked me to have the driver turn around due to him forgetting my cheeseburger in the order, and I did call and text the driver...but she never turned around for the item. So they notice the error and attempted to correct it. I appreciate that. I called and let them know the situation, and I was told to come in and get my item. I wasn't able to drive at that time due to medication, hence why I opted for delivery. He said that he couldn't refund $6; and to come in at anytime to get my item or refund. I have been attempting to go for the past couple of days and it is always crowded, and people hanging outside the door. This is a popular spot (which is a good thing), and I assume the food is good; I don't know because the cheeseburger was for me...and I never tasted it. I just counted this as a complete lost. I think that this food was really good. I got the Lamb and Chicken. The sauce was really good I wish there was a way to order extra. I could not find any sides. The hot sauce was spicy and delicious. The one major criticism I have is that they put a salad in with yourself hot food so by the time you get it delivered it's wilted. This made the salad unappetizing and not good. If it came in a separate container I'm sure it would be delicious. read more

We have ordered from this place on multiple occassions because the food is good. But, more than half the time they di not give you what you pay for. We have missed drinks, fries, sauces, etc. Its really unfortunate. And they don't bother to call or attempt to make right what you actually paid for. It's horrible customer service. The food is absolutely insane. I ordered it for delivery one day at work and it changed me. It's now a curse because all day at work I think about ordering it and planning my work week around when I will order it. I get the chicken platter with triple hot sauce, white sauce, and green sauce on the side. The hot sauce is incredible, great flavor and HEAT! I save extras and keep in my fridge because it doesn't even compete with my hot sauce line up and this is coming from a girl who eats ghost pepper salsa for a midnight snack. The portion size is well over the top, I have it for lunch at work and still have enough to bring home and have for dinner. Did I mention I order this for delivery? You'd expect it to be a tad cold but no, it's worth the wait and comes fresh, hot, and well packaged. The presentation even during delivery is impressive.
