Paired with the consome, the birria was fantastic, so this is a must if you're ordering birria. The chips, salsas, and guac were all really good, too. Literally nothing short of perfection. The female DJ and three of her friends then skipped ahead of everyone in line. While another customer was still using the restroom, the female DJ repeatedly banged on the bathroom door. I smiled and politely mentioned that several customers had been waiting and asked if they could at least move things along. Instead of a courteous response, I was told to "back away." I understand that performers and their guests may sometimes receive special treatment, but the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful to both the customer using the restroom and the customers who had been waiting in line. I believe the situation could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner. A simple acknowledgment of the customers who were waiting would have gone a long way toward avoiding an unpleasant interaction. Unfortunately, this incident left a negative impression and took away from what was otherwise an enjoyable night.
