That was a great way to relax after taking long road trips. This is a solid place if you need a place to crash on a trip, or want a convenient location while exploring Lubbock.

I would never let my wife and step daughter stay here. Beyond ridiculous that a company even lets people pay for those rooms. The back door where I entered closest to my room didn't lock or work with key cards regardless. After that experience, I'll never stay at another Red Roof Inn anywhere in the future.

Between Amanda's pleasant personality, and the expected cleanliness of the room, it redeemed my hope in the hotel industry once again. We have stayed here multiple times and I've never had an issue. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is pretty good, with both hot and cold options. They accommodate pets and have always normally had a room when we needed one. I will continue to use this as my midst stop if needed between vacation and home.

He called to make sure we were still coming as it was almost 7 and we had not checked in. He also called the room after check in to ask if the room was satisfactory. Five stars for the service. We were on the first floor. We could hear everything that was going on in the hall, including the calls the front desk received. We could also hear the people upstairs walking but it wasn't terrible. We were able to fall asleep without any issues. I did hear one call where someone was asking about something they left...they found the person's ring. That's always great when you leave things behind and the hotel actually gets it back to you.

Leaving my son sleeping on the floor during our stay. I attempted multiple times to have the room changed and the staff refused and only provided us with bedding to put on the floor for him. They said our room was a double suite. It was not. Second, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were out of their spot, the faucet to the tub was not securely placed and the door just looked unkept. I spent 580.00 for a 2 day/3 night stay for my child to end up sleeping on the floor during this stay. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with how the staff handled the situation and the upkeep of the room. As a frequent guest at a holiday inn this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the towels and bedding are fluffy and clean. After checkout and 500 miles away, I realized I had left an expensive item in my room and called the front desk. My item had already been located and put safely behind the desk and one of my family members was already on his way to pick it up for me! I can't thank the staff enough for the hospitality they showed my family while we grieved the loss of one of our own.
