I was worried that when I was finally brave enough to go back, I'd get a very unhelpful lecture and not want to go back. Well, this dentist listened to what had happened to me and was able to really put me at ease. My teeth feel better than ever and I look forward to my appointments. The staff there is very courteous and professional. They seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. One perk of working there is that they are closed on Fridays so the employees always have a 3-day weekend, which establishes a much more balanced work-life balance. So not only are they great dentists, but they seem to treat their employees well, and I like supporting businesses that treat their employees like people. Lastly, the office is very clean and it is not peppered with marketing materials or scary pictures of what can happen to your teeth if you don't brush/floss etc. When I was getting my teeth cleaned, I only saw pictures of the hygienist's family and a little cute picture that said something about smiling, bc your smile is beautiful. The appointment people are very polite and accommodating. My recent appointment for cleaning and checkup had to be rescheduled multiple times for my reasons and theirs.
