From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andrea, my hygienist, was SO gentle. I've always had a difficult time with dental scans, but she made it so quick and painless. The cleaning was very thorough and I was comfortable throughout the entire time. The dentist was also very thorough with her exam and made additional recommendations with dental care, not pushing any particular products, but ones she personally recommended. I was never given an estimate nor was I was ever told it was a possibility to not work at all. After the 2nd surgery, I knew immediately it didn't work. Attempting to get anyone to follow up with me was next to impossible. When I got the first bill, I called and the billing contact I spoke to advise the bill would be cleared. I have since received another bill that I responded to with a letter to the owner and office manager, that has yet to be responded too. I do not recommend this office for any services.
