I was tired of seeing my husband using "Just For Men" mustache color for his eyebrows & I gently suggested we could do something more permanent & MUCH more natural looking & he agreed to have Vanessa give him permanent brows! They look FANTASTIC! They aren't "perfect" like mine but men don't want or shouldn't have "perfect" IMO. No one would ever know! We are in our 60's so gray is the norm for Men's brows & Vanessa blended colors to make them look so natural! My husband is truly thankful for not having to mess with his brows anymore! Their office is beautiful and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The whole team at RPM is fantastic. Emily, who does the scheduling & answers questions, is always so friendly & helpful. And Kaylee, another very talented artist there, is incredibly warm as well. This was my first time tattoo experience. I am incredibly pleased with Sarah and my new eyebrows. First, Sarah is a superb communicator and a genuine listener. Her warm spirit made it easy for me to express all my concerns and ask all my many questions and get the answers. There was no rushed feeling, and Sarah said she never schedules clients on top of each other, so I could talk it through as much as I wanted. I wasn't sure about what style/shape exactly I wanted, other than that I wanted it to come out very natural. Sarah guided me through my ideas and eventually drew it out on my face and let me look at it. I then was able to make a minor adjustment before the final procedure. I was surprised how little discomfort I felt during the actual microblading. And it's been five days and I am equally surprised how easy the aftercare and healing process is. My eyebrows look the best they ever have in my life! Sarah is an incredible artist, she designed the best shape for my face, mixing the closest to natural color, and yet stayed so close to my natural brows that nobody would ever know it's a tattoo. Her way of microblading is super skilled yet gentle. I'm looking forward to my 6 week-touch up, the normal final step for eyebrow tattooing, where I know I have some options to even integrate some powder technique if I wanted to.

Despite taking proper aftercare, my brows have faded and no other brow place willing to provide follow up unless you pay them full price-same as getting a new procedure. Positives: Owner did a great job on my brows and happy with the shape. Since it was my first time, I have nothing to compare it to but it was almost pain free. Quiet and clean facility. Plenty of parking. After disputing the follow up charges to BBB, I received a refund. I understand things happen in life but communication is key. The amount charged was intended to cover a follow-up appointment but if I had not reached out to an outside agency for help, I truly think I would've been out $200. Wish it worked out. I really wanted to like this business so I could recommend to my colleagues and friends.

The progression of my eyebrows is below. I was curious about eyebrow tatt'ing when an ad popped up on my phone for Haley's spot. Her assistant, Delaney, booked an appointment for me. Haley took her time to measure out my face and place the marks where the eyebrows are, prepping for the tattoo. She handed me the mirror once they were finished and I was scared because they were dark but absolutely loved them. Haley assured me they would fade. At my touch up session, I walked in loving my eyebrows. I told Haley my right eyebrow was perfect but could the left be extended upward just a bit? My eyes flooded with tears during this appointment and it took about 15 minutes after she was finished for it to stop. She handed me a mirror right after she finished [even commenting on the tears streaming from my eyes] and I focused on my left eyebrow because it was the one I asked for a little bit of change. Through my blurred vision, I thought they looked great! I tipped her $25 and went and sat in my car til the tears stopped rolling and I could drive. As soon as I got home and looked in the mirror I was dissatisfied. I felt like the inner shape of my eyebrows completely changed. One squared, one pointed. Ive screenshot all the texts between Delaney and I about my touch up below. Such horrible customer service. Then, I admit with attitude, I reached back out 6 weeks later for Haley to hopefully fix my eyebrows after being disregarded and told nothing could or would be done for 6 weeks. (Like I said, you can read all the details below). She then told me they were hesitant to work with me because of my behavior. (Because I tried to get help with my eyebrows being asymmetrical & she refused to acknowledge my concern or show any concern) which she told me both her and Haley saw ideal healed results. She then told me that the reason they were reluctant was because adding tattoo to tattoo isnt always the answer. (Is it my behavior or adding tattoo to tattoo isnt the answer? Figure it out before slinging it at the customer.) Fast forward, I've now fought to get a touch up. I walk in and ask Haley if she's read through the messages between Delaney and I - she said, "No. Delaney has told me your concerns." I then told Haley that the shape of the eyebrows are different and Id like them to be more symmetrical. She told me the difference between the two eyebrows is ever so slight and something she would not fix normally. (I have talked to 4 eyebrow tattoo artists in the mean time and all of them have noted the asymmetry.) -- My thought, you wouldnt normally fix? So anyone else who has this issue will also have to fight for her to fix it?! She said that the ever so slight difference makes them look natural and thats why she did it! I thought that was hilarious since they were symmetrically tattooed the first time, just not for the touch up. I paid her $50 for 5 minutes of her time and to make 1 small, 2 mm line on my face. I then asked her if she knew Delaney spoke for her all the time. Her response, "Well, thats what she gets paid to do." So I asked her "Then what is it about my behavior that made me reluctant to work with me?" She responded "Delaney told me you texted her 12 times in a row, we dont like to work with customers who get emotional and text like that." I told her that I think it was absolutely absurd for me to have to argue to get another appointment and be stressed out for months with the angry brow she tattooed on my face and that never did I text 12 times in a row. Again, just extremely unprofessional. EVERYTIME I POST THE PICTURES OR THE TEXTS YELP REARRANGES THEIR ORDER TO MAKE NO SENSE read more

I cannot say enough good things about my lip blushing experience with Haley! From start to finish, it was professional, relaxing, and honestly, kind of magical. First off, the consultation was super thorough. Haley took the time to understand exactly what I wanted--something natural that would enhance my shape and color without looking overdone. Due to losing my eyebrows from alopecia, I was seeking an artist. While at work I noticed my coworkers eyebrows because they were full and beautiful. When I complimented her, she shared with me that they were not hers but semi permanent make up. My coworker was referred to Haley by a friend who also has beautiful eyebrows. I immediately reached out to Haley, I received a response quite quickly and I was at her studio less than a week later. The studio is clean, welcoming, relaxing and bonus a parking garage is next door. I was quite distraught upon meeting Haley because not only did I lose my eyebrows but I also lost all of my hair and my eyelashes:( Haley showed such compassion and grace which allowed me to feel safe in a very vulnerable time. I recently attended Haley's Lip Blush and Nano brows classes in San Diego and learned so much from color theory to real client work. They are located off of Mission Gorge right next time, explicit fitness, super easy to find, and good parking situation. The online booking process was easy, as well as filling out the forms for the appointment and scheduling the appointment. When first walking in the door, I was greeted promptly by Ms Tori herself. She was very welcoming and sweet. The place was clean, and there were air-conditioning and comfy seats as well as a bathroom to use. Tori went over what to expect during my procedure, how she was going to line my brows, what to expect after she was done to the aftercare. She was very thorough. She made me feel comfortable during my visit, checking on me, and making sure my brows were on point and what I wanted. She really delivered and to perfection right down to the color. I'm so happy I went to this wonderful artist. If you want your brows done or any other services they offer, like blush for lips and eyeliner, this is the jam. You will walk out feeling more beautiful than when you came in. Thank you so much, ladies. You rock!!
