Ruth was the piercer I saw, and was laying down on the table with my head turned to the side. i was prepared for the experience to be difficult and unpleasant since it was so stuck. I kid you not, I didn't feel anything ?? genuinely, ruth took out the stuck jewelry then put in two hoops (2 helix piercings but one stuck) and all i felt was her gloves brushing against me, as it normally would. By the time she told me was done I thought oh maybe she forgot the second piercing but sure enough she had taken the stuck stud and put in 2 hoops. TL;DR All I know is Ruth is incredibly gentle and fast ! Definitely coming back!

The staff was so friendly, and Marissa, the piercer, was so sweet. She was also fast! The conch was a quick pinch and that was it. It's healing easily with next to no pain and I'm obsessed with the placement of it. I also asked about increasing the size of my well-healed Helix. The gun I had used so long ago was most likely a 20g, but I really wanted the 18g so I could use the typical Flatbacks. I asked Marissa and she was amazing and gave me options. She ended up using a taper and she got an 18g flatback in there and now it just needs to reheal! It was sore to start, of course, but 4 days later and there's no pain! So worth it and so happy it's correct now. I'm already planning to go back for second lobes and a constellation on both sides when these heal enough as a bday present to myself. Love studs! I've heard so many stories from other women about theirs not healing well, and I couldn't be more thankful that I went to Evan for mine. I followed all of his aftercare instructions to a T, and I haven't experienced any complications whatsoever. I chose him in the first place because of all the 5-star reviews he had for nipples at Enigma. This time, I came back to get an eyebrow piercing, and he said that I don't have the anatomy for it. I'm really glad I came to him, because someone else may have just done it anyways and left me with a mess to deal with. I decided to do a conch and two stacked lobes instead, and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Evan also explains every part of what he's doing, so it's really easy to relax and feel comfortable. He's also just a nice guy in general, and his clients love to come back to him for more.

I can't express how amazing my experience was with Sarah. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect or the level of pain I would experience. As soon as I walked in, Sarah's energy calmed me immediately. She just exudes love and light and the way she dealt with me elevated my experience immensely. As for the microblading, the process was quick and painless! I was distracted by the conversation and the blading itself was mildly uncomfortable and totally tolerable. My brows look so natural, which is exactly what I wanted. I talked with her about my main concern of having uneven brows, she assured me she would map them out and create as she put it "a more balanced brow. The first session ensued up a nightmare, uneven and different shapes. This will be shown in photo 1. I literally cried on the phone to her the next day asking her how I could get emergency saline removal. She told me not to worry that she would even them out at the touch up appointment. I walked around with uneven tattooed eyebrows for a month. I was reluctant to have her do the touch up session because of how badly her initial tattoo looked. As I was already $700 in, I decided to give her a chance to fix them but I wanted to see her mapping and approve them before she tattooed them again. I asked her to map them and when I told her I wanted to look at the mapping she said I would rather you wait until I draw on what I'm going to tattoo. This was a bit awkward and although I felt uneasy I figured I'll let her draw them on and then I'll take a look. What she drew on was better but still off and uneven so I to,d her what to do to fix it. After about an hour, I agreed to what she drew. To make a long story short she basically wiped off everything she drew and tattooed over the uneven crooked different spaced brows from the first tattoo. The 2nd photo is what we agreed upon and the 3rd photo is what she did along with the original tattoo. I tried communicating with her and asking for a partial refund so that I could use that to pay a skilled mapping brow artist to fix them. She didn't respond until I contacted the owner of her salon. When she did respond she told me that she is not responsible for the uneven asymmetrical brows that she tattooed on me TWICE, What a nightmare.
