Just had lunch with the husband and this is our new favorite place in Springfield! Everything about our Fried chicken was perfect. We both got the Southern Experience, which included sweet peach tea, a breast and thigh, smashed potatoes with a sausage gravy, of which the sausage was locally sourced, and cornbread. It came with a waffle for dessert with a spiced fruit and whipped cream topping. First, the tea was perfect. The husband doesn't even like iced tea and he had two glasses. The chicken was juicy, the breading perfectly spiced, I dang near sucked the bones it was so good. The potatoes were fantastic and that gravy...well, I can't wait to go back and try their breakfast biscuits and gravy if that is how they do gravy...so good!!! The cornbread came with a wonderful butter on it, but they also offered free samples of their many honeys...to die for! Finally, our waitress was absolutely the best. Jasmine was a delight from beginning to end. She answered all our questions, made great recommendations, and delighted us both. I foresee many visits to this delightful little place in Chesterfield. My wife and I had breakfast here this morning. They offer what I would describe as a good experience rather than just your plain food service. The "honey flight" is awesome and what they are known for - it sets them apart. Everything that went into their food was locally derived and natural. I love supporting a local business that is itself supporting local businesses: meat producers, growers, chocolate makers, egg producers, honey producers, and more. The owner, Christina, and our server, Jasmin, were very polite and conversational. The atmosphere is relaxing and community-inspired. We must have had 12 different kinds of honey, and we purchased the pear and orange/almond variations to take home. The Carolina Reaper and ghost pepper variations were unique and right up my alley, as well! The gravy on their breakfast sandwich...delectable. Definitely check out this local one-of-a-kind cafe. Stopped in this cute little eatery/storefront for lunch today. Not only was the staff friendly and welcoming, but the food was fantastic! They utilize local ingredients and a lot of love to make their dishes. Had lunch and dessert, both my wife and I were very impressed with our food! We even took home a dozen farm fresh local eggs! I highly recommend that you give this place a chance the next time you are in Chesterfield Village, and looking for some great food! read more

On a date night, we were looking for another place to eat within walking distance of the Palace Theater. We were pleasantly surprised with this little place in Chesterfield Village. The service was very friendly and personable. We got breakfast, and the food was just great. The country potatoes were the best I've ever had. The honey bar was fun to choose from and the choices excellent. We really hope this little places gets lots of attention! We plan to back. read more

Stopped in at this place hoping for breakfast but was too late (breakfast ends at 11). Ended up getting a side of a biscuit and gravy and cheesecake bites with coffee. Husband went with a steak sandwich, which he enjoyed and found delicious. WONDERFUL food. Portions on the smaller side. Prices were good as was the service. My only issue was being without a coffee refill for 5 minutes or so. I will definitely be returning, gotta try their breakfast selections! read more

So much goodness that comes out of this kitchen!! Gravy is very unique, a must try. They have daily features that aren't on the menu that are sooo tasty. Irish Beef on Tuesdays and the Moroccan Chicken on Wednesdays are two of my favorites! Incredible collection of different flavored honey as well.
