I ask for when he's working next and they "don't have a schedule". I've reached out through email to the officer directly, and have waited weeks for a response or update. Also, when providing the case no., the person is unable to pull anything up, when it was the case number provided on the card from the officer and also provided by the PD when I called days after the incident. People here need to be trained, seriously. These are serious matters at hand and they treat everything so lightly, disregarding the severity of the matter. Talk about laziness.

It's 2:30 pm. No call, no show. Wasted an entire Saturday waiting on these clowns and they dont even come. Ridiculous. Just like I was raised..can't trust the police.. Never there when you need them but always there to harass you when they have to meet a quota.

We were headed to the Kaiser Audiology dept., on Marshall St. I was tiring, and my wife decided for me to sit down on the 4 wheeler and she would push me the remaining 100 yards to the front door of 702 Marshall St. Pushing me along we hit an uneven patch in the concrete sidewalk and the 4 wheeler went over backwards. The back of my head struck the concrete very hard, but I did not lose consciousness. I saw that my 79 year old wife had fallen also. The police had been conducting some business 15-20 ft away. Two officers immediately came over and were able to get us back on feet, which at that moment I started off to my appointment. After I was seated inside, the officers came into the building, to check on me. They said because of my age and it was a head injury, that I should have it checked out. I agreed and in few minutes, the fire department and EMTs arrived and took me by ambulance to Kaiser hospital, a couple of blocks away. After a CT scan showed no sign of internal bleeding or fracture, I was allowed to go home. YAY!! I feel fine today, but my wife didn't fare so well. Swollen foot, and some other bruises. There was broken glass where I landed so my hand was cut up, but I was able to take off the bandage this morning and toss the pain killers. I also want to thank the doctors, nurses, and attendants at Kaiser hospital. One of the officers also escorted my wife back to her car. She was very grateful as she wasn't feeling to steady.

I'm disabled, and I had fallen off my stationary bike and it fell on top of me. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone to call anyone. Like a crazy person, I started screaming for the neighbors, and I was fortunate enough that one of them called the police. Anyway, Corporal Will Smith and the rest of the group that came to rescue me, were amazing. They were very caring the whole way through. Corporal Will Smith gave me a pillow and made sure I was comfortable until the rest of them came. There was no way he could've got me up by himself, as I'm a very heavy person. Anyway, bravo.

Twice now Officer C. Anisho has ticketed me back to back days, May 13th and 14th. The space between the street and the front of my bumper is exactly 2' (two feet), but yet i was ticketed for $50 twice. I've literally been parking in my own driveway with my truck for the past 3 years and only once before was i harassed. Not even the common courtesy to knock on my door when they could see me through the window that i was home. What an absolute joke that "code enforcement" such as this is a priority to the city of San Bruno, when why don't they focus on more impending issues? Like the homeless vagrants who live in Forest Lane Park or underneath the 380 overpass between my neighborhood and Tanforan. Or maybe even the transient trash that comes off of Bart and walks our neighborhoods and streets. Nope let's go around and harass our good citizens. I came to the Sheriff's office with legitimate and honest concerns, and I was treated with the utmost disrespect - like I was a criminal for bringing my concerns to their attention. Next time, if I suspect illegal activity or have concerns, I will not bring these to the San Mateo County or local law enforcement's attention. The public trust in law enforcement from me and my family is very low. We would hope that this Sheriff's Office could be revamped with decent leadership who cares about its community, and doesn't seek to deprive its users of justice. I talked to other folks in the community about this and found my experience is not isolated. This is just San Mateo County Sheriff for you.
