From what we have since learned, the sink appears to have been improperly secured during installation. When I contacted the company, I was told the installer no longer works there and that the warranty had expired, so I would need to hire another installer at my own expense. I understand warranties have limits, but I expected an undermount sink installation to last much longer than three years. I'm sharing this so future customers can ask detailed questions about installation methods and long-term support before purchasing.

However, during the installation by Sanford Granite, my contractor was on site and asked why they were using silicone, which he expressed would not hold the sinks. My contractor's specialty is tile, so he knows a thing or two about adhesives. The installers told him they used silicone "all the time" and dismissed his concerns. Fast forward to March 2026, when the bathroom sink detached from the quartz and collapsed into the vanity. My calls to Sanford Granite were disappointing, to put it mildly. I was told that the guarantee was only a year even though the correct adhesive was not used. My concern was two-fold; I needed the bathroom sink reattached, and was my kitchen sink next to fall? I asked for an installer to address the bathroom sink and assess the kitchen sink. There was no urgency on the part of Sanford Granite to fix the problem. Since the bathroom sink was unusable and I could not wait weeks for a response from Sanford Granite, I ultimately had my contractor reattach the bathroom sink properly. It took 3 weeks for Sanford Granite's installer to take a look at the kitchen sink and how it was attached to the quartz. He said that he couldn't fix the kitchen sink until it fell. Since the proper adhesive, Black Mamba, was not used as promised, I was stunned when the installer informed me that it is my responsibility to pay $150-$200 to have it reattached. So after spending $5000+ to Sanford Granite, I have to pay someone to fix their mistake.

Finish is poor grade with discoloration occurring during wiping with a damn cloth. I was accused of having over wiped the brand new bathroom cabinetry and accidental misuse by my contractors of cross contaminating chemicals to the door panels during install. This is not so. The finish is poor as photos clearly show. Instead of help with replacements, I and my contractors were put at fault. Run from this company. Worst cabinets ever. ​

We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest. Those qualities are far more important to me than the bottom price (which was among the lowest we were quoted as well). I will DEFINITELY be hiring Nelson and his team for future projects. I had to take an hour out of my day to inspect the whole job after discovering a few small things before they wanted me to sign the completion paperwork. I'm glad I did. Shims not cut off. Very messy caulk job. Gaps in the caulk, entire section of caulk missed. They chipped a piece on brand new cabinets, which they took off to fix (delaying completion by about a week) and they wanted my final payment before the cabinets were even repaired. These were all things that I found as the client. I would expect that they held their installers to that standard. I definitely felt like I was the inconvenience when all of this happened to me. Wanted to share here so anyone using them knows what they may encounter.

She knows all the best people so I wasn't too surprised when she said Creative Floors because I'd gone out myself to three different floor companies for three different estimates and they far and away seemed like the most honest and the most on top of things. A lot of people really marked up the cost of flooring so they could 'give you a deal' which immediately put me off. Creative Flooring doesn't do that. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great. I would highly recommend these guys. The people they sent out to do the floors were some of the hardest working guys I've met.
