I was told there would be meds sent to my pharmacy and when I arrived at the pharmacy an hour after leaving InStride, there was not an order to be found. Called InStride twice to figure out what was going on only for them to tell me there won't be meds until future procedures. While on the drive home, we then get notified from our pharmacy that a prescription has been sent by the InStride provider to be picked up. We then turned all the way back to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. There is a terrible lack of communication within their team.

Dr. Nolan charged me $500 for a foot lotion that did not work, $1000 for cheaply-made orthotics that made my pain worse, and never discussed anything of relevance for my pain, such as what footwear to use, what activities to avoid. They send you a huge bill with no explanation what it is for, and the staff have no idea how to submit an insurance claim. Three different staff told me three different prices for what my insurance would be, and then insurance didn't even cover any of their expensive lotions and devices. This place gives terrible care that will make you feel worse and charge you an arm and a leg for it, even if you have insurance. A total scam - avoid at all costs.

The hardware that doctor put got broken after 2 months and I had too much continuous pain. I went to Dr Milner and he immediately understood the urgency of getting the broken hardware removed and correcting the Hallux Valgus. He scheduled an early date for surgery. After surgery, since I have a drop foot condition, Dr Milner regularly inspected my foot for a period of 10 weeks till he was satisfied that the wound has healed properly.
