I had a great experience, fixing my car at signature auto body! Simon, the owner was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond. I brought in my Audi with an air problem, the dealer wanted to get me a whole new compressor, of course the minute the warranty ran out. A year prior a single part fixed the same problem. Simon has a AC specialist that figured out this part right away and got the ac working great! I know simon from my area and everyone likes him. He has a really good reputation and had my cars not been under warranty I would have gone sonner! Everyone that works there is delightful and gives you a straight answer. No scamming at all. Am bringing my car in for a little fender bender I had last week. The staff has been very helpful and pleasant. Simon took care of my car. He has an eye for details. He did a good job on my repairs. When I checked this place in on yelp a 20% coupon popped up for bills over $300 I think it said, refinishing or car repair. I took my car to fix some body parts and my car was running normally when I left it there, but after a week without news about the car, they call me and say that the car does not star and apparently the battery was dead and I need to replace it so I say go ahead and change it, and here is where the nightmare begins. They change the battery but the car still no running thats what they say it been 2 weeks after this issue and then they told me the alternator has to be replaced I say ok let's replace it, so they say ok and after 2 days after this they call me to pick up my car the body work was ok but my car now has a lot of electrical issues and this was not happened before, apparently some parts were change, because I took my car to the service. read more

I needed my bumper on my Mercedes repaired and stopped by to get an estimate. I had received a couple of estimates, but they were much higher than what Signature quoted me. I dropped off the car that same day and was told it would be ready in 2 or 3 days. They kept their word and the job was completed at the time they promised. Not only was I happy with the service thus far, but when I arrived to pick up my car, the owner had left for the day and no one could charge my credit card. One of his employees called him and he asked to speak with me. I told him I only had $80 cash on me, so he asked I give the employee the $80 and pay the balance the next day. I was shocked and very grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness. I drove my car home and called first thing the next morning to pay the balance. He doesn't know me and yet was kind enough to allow me to drive my car home and not fully pay his bill. He's a kind and very nice generous person. Thank you again for your service! If there were more stars they'd be at the max. In my 54 years this is the first time I have come across a body shop where the work is perfect the first time. The car was done at the time that I was initially told. The car was washed and waxed upon pick-up (and note the area was a small one in the front)!!! Not only that, but another part of the car was made to look better free of charge; and the owner helped my son with some questions where it came to how the car was feeling when it was being driven.
