This is a very deceptive company, they lie about the trips you'll be getting, saying you're going to pick up this crew and bring them to point A but not that they have a 4 or 5 hour assist.Youre led to believe when you're interviewing that they'll give you the schedule you want but once you're done training, you're like their property to do what they need you to. Hallcon, like a lot of companies, will promise you the moon during the initial interactions! As you get through training and start getting trips you will soon realize that you were lied to during your interview and training! The actual app never ever ever ever sends you to the correct location! Ever! And when trying to contact dispatch it takes very long periods of time for them to respond and then longer for them to get back to you and the regional supervisor over GA,Sandi Pickens, lie's and when you call her out on it she marks you as "booked off indefinitely"and never tells you or reaches out in any way. Also if/when you do something to get in trouble (ex. Not answering your phone) you will get written up and suspended but you won't actually be suspended until it is convenient for Sandi AND when you try to inquire about the date's of your suspension she simply says "you will receive a copy of this infraction and the date's will be on there. These people suck so much and I'm pretty sure it is illegal for them to make up the rules as they go but that's definitely what they do and Heaven forbid you get in a van with an expired gas card and you are put in a predicament which you put gas in out of YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT or your stranded because your out of gas and don't have a valid gas card and promised that you WILL BE REIMBURSED you will ABSOLUTELY NOT BE REIMBURSED even when you continuously ask for it over and over again for literally MONTHS!!! read more

If you are considering hiring this firm to manage your transit, perform transit services, support services, drivers or perform any of their services you better look elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this company to perform any of the duties they sign up for within a legal contract. They hire the bottom of the barrel for their Executive teams and the piss poor performance trickles down to everything else. An example of this is Erik Zandhuis who is a Vice President for one of their locations in Northern California. Erik is one of the most incompetent people I've ever met and I witnessed him run a location with the OCTA and lose the contract because of how bad him and his team's performance was. If Hallcon can't provide top notch quality with their executives, than why would they be able to provide top notch quality work any where else in the company?
