When I started looking for a house, a quality home inspector was high on my list of crucial partnerships. Suffice it to say that I was not disappointed with Jeremy. In fact, I was overwhelmingly positively impressed! I ended up having him do inspections of a few houses before I bought mine and Jeremy's reports were fantastic. He was amazingly thorough and I had total confidence in each report and that I was able to make an informed purchasing decision. Now that I have a house, it also helped me prioritize repairs and upgrades. I was fortunate enough to get a turnkey house but knowing about outlets that were wired backwards and other odds and ends of things allowed me to spend a bit of time early on making sure that the house is safe and secure. I'll add that Jeremy's reports are top notch. He even found spots where the roofers used the wrong nails and called those out for me. I honestly don't think that if I spent a day crawling around every inch of the place that I could find a single thing he missed. Radon levels in the basement are a little above norm but not outrageously so and that gives me peace of mind as well. With Jeremy's report in hand, we were able to prioritize and asked the seller to fix the major issues knowing that we'd need to pick up the minor issues ourselves. I've recommended Jeremy to my son and his wife as their go-to inspector as they're looking for their first house.
