Ashberry & Logan - This is the display my sweet parents actually received. Round vase, cheap filler, fake Diamond ribbon thing.

I am upset about my experience and lack of response from the 'florist'. I called 5 days before the…read moreplanned delivery date to place a very special arrangement for parents celebrating their 60 year Diamond Anniversary. I attempted to send photos of my idea and ,also, verbalized in detail that I wanted a very uncluttered, zen, minimalist arrangement of two dozen roses (pink & white). I detailed that I wanted the stems to be neatly lined up, flowers all the same height, no filler, and a rectangular vase/with edges to enhance the aesthetic, maybe a simple silver ribbon wrapped around the vase. 'Uncluttered' was described. I had to call to ask for the status the day of the delivery because I hadn't received any receipt but saw the credit card charge the first day I called. When I called, the same gentleman answered and seemed frazzled and overwhelmed (as he was on the day I ordered this). During the call did re-sent the receipt (which I got no problem). He told me 'it's probably Comcast (my server) and seemed to blame me. He said he was working on it now and we reviewed my request. He said he never got any inspiration photos so I re-sent them again. I never got a call back after I resent photos of my directions for the order AGAIN. He did send me a email with a photo of what he did do, but the email had no attached photo. I responded right away that I hadn't gotten it, no photo was received. Nothing. To my horror, my parents received a really unacceptable arrangement- hideous, dripping diamonds out one end, all different heights, round cheap case- I was so disappointed. The worse part- $220 for what looked like the thing was literally thrown together last minute and arrived close to dinner time on my elderly parents' anniversary. The first photo is the design I had described and hope they could create (as he promised that he could, verbalizing he 'understood'). The second is what was sent to my parents. I felt taken advantage of, I felt ripped off and I would have give them negative stars if YELP would have allowed. Run from this business- it's a complete rip off and the artistic talent is clearly lackluster. HORRIFIC. Honestly, I would have not posted this but the owner chose to not respond after 24 hours. Completely terrible experience from start to finish. Business is poor on every level. Especially talent.

I don't buy flowers for myself unless they're fragrant. I know it's hard to get fragrant flowers these days because so many people have allergies but I'm so glad they still get them! Thanks for a lovely Mother's Day surprise.

They called back 2 hours after the order was placed and told him they would not make it in time and that they would deliver it the following day. As it was my day off my boyfriend told them it was not possible and asked if Friday would work. They told him it would be no problem. Today at work I received a phone call from Passion for flowers telling me my bouquet would not make it in time, which completely ruined the element of surprise that my boyfriend had so sweetly arranged. I am still so thankful that my boyfriend did this but he was crushed that the women took no care in keeping this surprise a secret. FYI I am still waiting on my flowers... A completely thoughtless individual with no care for the sentiments that come with flowers. EDIT: Just received a phone call from the delivery service saying my flowers would not arrive. When I calmly explained my frustration the delivery man yelled and me, called me explicit names and then said he would be returning the flowers to the flwoer company. I understand issues with the weather but to make a client cry when your company messed up is completely unnacceptable.

The rose and daisy stems were cut very short and simply shoved in, left to be held up by the surrounding leaves rather than their own stems. Although I was not the one who purchased these flowers, I will be letting my friends and family know to avoid this place if they ever need any.

What a great store for board and trading card games! As a lifelong fan of various CCG / TCG and all…read morethings fantasy / sci-fi related, I've been to quite a few of these types of places over the years. This is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained gaming establishments I've seen. Even though Screen Free is a bit more family friendly in terms of their overall products compared to other tabletop gaming stores (they have games and puzzles for all ages, not just for fantasy / sci-fi fans), this shouldn't be a reason for the other places to operate without a basic level of tidiness. I would have no problem busting out my decks here for some pick-up games, unlike some other stores I've been to that were just downright NASTY. Nasty as in, even though my cards are all in deck protectors, I still would not be comfortable laying them out on those other places' stained and sticky tables. Yes, thank goodness for personal gaming mats, but then I still gotta clean the bottom of the mats afterward, ya know? Thankfully, I would not have that problem here... I could share some truly horrific experiences at some of those other establishments, but I'll refrain for now. Staff I interacted with were all very friendly too; none of them gave me the vibe of l33t nerd status, which sometimes runs rampant at similar places. The store is located in a shopping mall so there is plenty of free parking. An awesome first experience and will definitely be back for future CCG needs!
