This particular Hallmark is located in the Waterford Lakes Town Center and is next to the Nike store. It is definitely showing some wear and tear and the sign outside was missing the "ll" in Hallmark, so I guess that I shopped at a store called Ha mark. I came in here specifically to buy some Grinch gift wrap and I was able to find it. I did a bit of browsing and nothing else really caught my eye. All in all, it was not a bad location and I did get my Grinch gift wrap. The staff was friendly enough, though they did seem a bit distracted, but it is the holiday season. The people who work at this location are genuine and eager to help, and there's a lot of little gifts to choose from if you're that kind of customer. But my partner and I are both disappointed in the poor selection of cards - Holiday / Christmas / Birthday, especially when seeing signs posted in every aisle about a card shortage. While this is clearly the case with the vendors Gifts & More buys from, other stores do not seem to have a limited selection. Because Hallmark is now Gifts & More, we'll continue to give it a try. read more

CUTE little store with hard to find items for that special occasion. As soon as I walked in there was two ladies working and both greeted me asked me if They can help me find anything in particular. I said yes I'm looking for wedding items. One lady showed me the wedding section. They didn't have what I was looking for which was a gold frame picture frame. However I did see some really cute Star wars items and some Harry Potter items as well. They do have a really cute lounge fly white bird for Harry Potter bag. Small like a backpack. ADORABLE Cute gift ideas one of a kind items as well. Lots of cards too. The employers had mask on and they did follow social distance regardless of the new guidelines. Closes earlier than the listed time which is already an inconvenience because they close earlier than all of the other businesses in the shopping center. When I arrived a few minutes before closing the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and both employees looked at me and ignored me and carried on with their vacuuming and coin counting. They could have at least had the decency to acknowledge me, a patron, and address my concern. This is probably why there are hardly any hallmark stores left. Their archaic service models do not meet the consumers needs. And for this, I will no longer shop there. I have taken my business to target, cvs, walgreens instead of this hallmark. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. On December 14th I went to your store to buy box Christmas cards. I noticed that all of your box sets are made in China, I asked your cashier do you have any box sets that are not made in china? I was surprised by her response and in a non customer friendly tone she stated this is what we have. At this time I requested to speak with the manager her reply was she going to tell you what I just said. Wow this is just getting better. The manager named Tiffany comes out of her office as I begin to explain to Tiffany cuts me off stating "STOP RIGHT THERE I know where your going with this!! If you have an problem with this contact our corporate office" then she turn her back to me and returned to her office. Well.....this will be my last time coming to your hallmark store. I am letting all of my family, friends and anyone that will listen to me, how rudely I was treated at your store. Good luck with your staff. read more

More appropriately... Yay! My wife is a fan. My wife is a firm believer in wrapping gifts, all occasions are card occasions, and the seal on an envelope means something. They always treat her right in this store. I'm deducting a star for the overpriced items. She doesn't agree. Too bad, I'm the Yelper in the family. This store is always well-stocked and the staff is really friendly. Just so you know, my personal code for cards is that I *have* to give them on certain occasions, but I just find a funny card I like and scratch out anything that doesn't apply. "Happy 20th Anniversary from your 3rd cousin, twice removed!" becomes "Congrats on that new truck you bought, dude." Actually, I'd never buy a card if my friend gets a new truck, but you get the idea. This annoys the wife to no end, as she is the recipient of 95% of the cards I've purchased. If I laugh when I read it, I'll re-write the inside. Frankly, she should count her blessings that I bought one. I see no use for them unless someone has died. Regardless, this is a good place to get a card if that's your thing! read more

I've always liked Hallmark stores. The creativity and imagination that is used to make cards gifts etc. is beyond amazing. I've visited this store on July 4. And because it was a holiday the store was empty. The staff that was there was happy and cheerful greeted me likewise. Since it was a slow day, they were making well use of their time. It was July, and they already had their Christmas ornament display up. No mind you it was going to be debuted you at a later date. Overall the visit was quite pleasant. All that were there were very friendly. The store was in that chemically clean. And yes my wife did find the one card she was looking for. If you're in the area of Waterford Lakes and you need some gifts, greeting cards this store will definitely fulfill your needs.. read more

This store is just fine... There is a pretty good selection of cards. They carry the sort of gifts you buy for someone you don't know very well (or someone you know well that likes knick-knacks). I stopped in recently for a card for a christening. I was happy to see that there was a small section devoted to such cards. Thanks, Hallmark! I have had a Hallmark rewards card forever, and I have yet to receive any rewards from it. It's a mystery to me. I think I buy a lot of cards, so I can't fathom the level of spending it takes to see any benefit from this. Just an observation... read more

I just read the previous review and was just thinking to myself... Was I in the same store? Well I can assure you that customer service was NOT a problem for me today! I just bought something for my wife and needed a card and the gift wrapped. I found the perfect card but when I asked about gift wrapping, the young lady told me they do not do gift wrapping and my heart sank. The other two clerks could see the disappointment in my face and stepped up to do what they could. When I brought in the box trying to get a gift bag for it, they soon realized I needed help and asked the manager if they could wrap it for me. told me to pick out a wrapping that I liked and she would wrap it for free. I was stunned to say the least. They sealed up the box, wrapped it and did it in a very quick fashion. I insisted on giving the young man a little something for helping me out in spite of his objection. I am pretty sure his boss would overlook it since he had no choice in accepting a little something from me as a thank you, I have been shopping at this store for 6 years now and I have never had an issue with the staff of the selection of cards or gifts. Everybody has been very professional so I feel bad for the lady that had a bad experience during her visit but I can't say I have EVER had a bad experience here. I want to thank the staff and the manager for really making my day and to let you know I really appreciate you ALL going the extra mile for me! read more

The store looked like it was going out of business. When I asked the "unfriendly" associate he told me they were having trouble getting deliveries. There was no customer service in this location at all. I don't think eating your food and having drink cups out of the main counter is attractive to the customers. I also do not think having friends sitting at the register area is appropriate. I can't believe this is a Hallmark store! The owners should be embarrassed. read more

It's a good sized Hallmark with an extensive card selection for every occasion. There are a ton of other items as well, but it seems lacking in comparison to some of the smaller stores (the one off Mcullah for example) as far as selection. read more

I used to come here more often, when the customer service didn't suck. Now they are very pushy and sell you stuff you dont even want. Came in with a coupon for 20% off and cashier told me I could not use it on a promotional item she convinced me to buy. Ended up leaving there confused and spending more than I wanted too. read more

I came into this store to buy a New Years card. They pointed me to a tiny corner in the very back of the store. On the "New Years" shelf there were 5 Christmas cards and 5 cards of the boring generic type your dentist sends you. When I lived in St Louis Missouri I had an amazing Hallmark store that had a huge shelf in the middle filled with beautiful New Years cards, and even a selection of international New Years cards, in Japanese, Russian, French, Italian.. Hallmark Creations is the most uncreative pathetic excuse for a greeting card store. Someone tell me we have a better one in Orlando? read more
