My fiancée and I noticed a sign twirler for a smoke shop with a BOGO offer advertised. An offer you don't normally see for smoke shops.. how can you pass that up? While we were there, one of the employees (I think her name was Kate?) helped us throughout our visit. She was very helpful, friendly, and honest and I loved that. She basically took us around the pipe side of the store (two rooms! One for hookahs, pens, grinders, rolling stuff etc and the second room is for mainly pipes) and showed us everything. The pipe displays cases are organized by price which is amazingly helpful with those on a budget like me. Kate showed us a lot of different options and recommendations. She showed us the BOGO case which had a great variety of stuff like pipes, water pipes, a cool bracelet pipe, grinders, scales etc. We left with a new beautiful little water pipe and a small grinder. We got a 10% off discount (they have an always 10% off soft glass discount) and we got free screens with our purchase. Ask about those Five Stars Rewards! I have been searching and searching going from vape shop to vape shop trying to find a new place to go to because everybody no longer carries what I was looking for. I stopped by the shop particular and was helped by a young girl named Brooklyn! She was amazing at her job and was very considerate to my needs and I appreciate her help helping me pick a new brand and giving me advice. I think its time this place got a real review. I really enjoy coming to this shop, its close to where I live and they have such a selection. Their prices are indeed up there, but sometimes they give me breaks on tax and what not, just remember you get what you pay for. Dont forget your Id. and if you do, dont be rude or act tough, theyre just following the law. I was there once where they had to turn someone who had no ID away and they made a big deal about it, but any smoke shop will ID you so leave your sissy pants at home and act like an adult. Im sure thats nothing the staff can say, so ill say it for them. The staff? Theyre actually wonderful. They always provide me with the best service and are polite not to mention cool. They know their products and are always there to help. The shop itself is very clean and well organized. A two room store, one for misc stuff and the other full of awesome glass pieces. I even bought my silver surfer vape from them, highly recommended by the way. Over all it's a good spot. the hear a lot of people online down talk them but often its for things they have no control over, like kicking you out if you say song with a b. Worst smoke shop ever. They upsell you on everything that they can. Plus they sell mad fake stuff. Then refuse to refund you. The managers are stuck up assholes. Everything brakes after three uses. Plus they price everything based on the way you look. Don't buy glass or anything from them. Idk how they are still open. I hope you guys learn the basics of business before going into the industry. I was in yesterday, there were 2 gentleman and a young girl working. I have to say, it was by far the most awkward yet rude experiences I've ever had in a smoke shop. To start, No one greeted us, seemed as if we interrupted their conversation. We then just mosey around, but THEN we are greeted, by the young woman, who very rudely said, "don't touch that" "your not allowed to touch anything, people break stuff" hmm ok well it wasn't locked in a glass case and their isn't anything (sign) (barrier) that makes you think that's policy so we then apologized and kept moving. She stood in the doorway with her arms crossed watching us. (Super uncomfortable) (FYI I own a marketing company, so, if I had an employee who acted like that it would be her last day) also we then went back out into the other part of the store and she followed us again. Ok fine, but then we decided to take another lap around the glass as we were looking for a large unique piece, and she again, acted disgusted and followed us back to the other side, and of course she followed it up with attitude and her arms crossed again. So at this point we're pretty disgusted. So we just leave. On the way out one gentleman said "have a great day" my response, I was, until I came in here. I'm not sure who they think they are, but $8-$10 employees are a dime a dozen and their clearly needs to be some changes in house. For the Owners information, we don't even own a glass piece under $300, and I couldn't even tell you where that piece is, if that gives you an idea of the money this cost you. We will continue to do the drive to Pipe Dreams even if you guys are only 10 mins away from us! read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I went in twice to buy a water pipe. I spent over $250.00 on their Diesel brand water pipe (I was told the owner blew the glass himself) I had the piece for less than a month and it worked great! Until one morning I noticed a crack and the whole thing split in a perfect line, making it two unusable pieces. I cleaned the pieces with tons of alcohol making them look brand new and brought it back into the shop. The person running the desk was incredible rude to me and my friend. Telling me it was my fault (even after his other coworker saw the crack and said "that's too smooth to be a normal break"). All I wanted was a replacement. No dice. I demanded to speak to the person who made it (aka the owner) but guess what, he wasn't there that day. I asked for his number, no dice. I left my number and explained I wanted to speak with the person who made and sold me a faulty and expensive water pipe. I waited two weeks for the call that never was. I will never shop at New Galaxy again. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! read more
