There are quite a few different Foy's downtown Fairborn, each housing a different specialty. We went into the main Foy's which had everything from masks to party supplies to cleaning supplies to candy to parakeets. We bought some candy, browsed the entire store, and had our fortune told by Zoltar. There were two fortunate teller machines and one of them was working. The shop is cluttered and not that big, but they packed lots in there. This iconic store has been around for years and I was glad to finally get to visit. My four year old was partially frightened and partially fascinated.

Many narrow aisles packed with stuff like latex werewolf masks, fart spray, leis, packs of Cincinnati Bengals paper napkins, and many many many types of bulk candy. However, I went to the cashier, who wasn't checking anyone out at the time, and asked her about it. She said she wasn't sure, but started to walk out from behind the counter to show me where it had been. She said they did have the child's version, even though I was looking for the adult's, and she showed me where that was located. I'm grateful for her help. The rest of the store looked nice and they had a bunch of cool costumes I hadn't seen yet. They were running low on specific ones though, with no plans to restock.

I bought something for Halloween on Oct. 24th. I changed my mind and tried to return it on Oct…read more 28th. I was told Halloween merchandise could not be returned after Oct. 24. When I asked why there were no signs with this policy in the store. I was told "It is on the bottom of your receipt." This did me no good since I had purchased the item on the same day the no return policy started. I have no problem with the return policy only that customers are not informed of it before making a purchase. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Balloons - on ribbons - which went down to a weight all tied together. The sign was on the ribbons. I get up to the counter and he charges me an extra $2.50 for the weight. NO. The sign says "Take me home for 33.xx" The manager comes over and SMUGLY tells me that even though THEY tied it together - it doesn't mean the weights too. (with his way of looking at it maybe it was only for the ribbon and they should untie the balloons along with the weight). I told him it's BAIT and SWITCH - because - clearly it is. He just shrugged and walked away with a simpering smile on his face because he held all the cards - and what could I do about it? Party City doesn't have a way to contact them to complain. So whatever they want to do in the stores - you are at their mercy. Let me repeat that. Party City doesn't have a way to complain to corporate about what is happening in the stores. I have shopped there maybe 4 times a year for many years - but I'm done. Treat people nicely and with respect and DONT BAIT AND SWITCH.

We had a princess party today and it was awesome! The princess played Elsa and she did such a…read morewonderful job. She was so good with the kids. Also a great singer! We had a tough audience of 3x 2-3 year old girls with toddler attention spans, 3x 1 year old boys running around, and a lot of adults. Princess Elsa really worked to keep everyone engaged. It was like having a real life Ms. Rachel in our house but as a singing princess! She also knew other princess songs, not just from Frozen. Multiple people told me after the party how impressive Princess Elsa was in handling an audience like that. It was so impressive! Moreover she helped host the party. She had a variety of activities and told me when the cake should come out and entertained while I had to do things like slice the cake. I truly cannot say enough good things about the performer. The company/Paulette is also great. I emailed very last minute about the party and they still found a princess. We go to their events at our local Parks and Rec and the "Kid Pops" event they put on in Dublin last summer and really enjoy it all. We haven't been to the Worthington location yet, but are going to the Mother Daughter Princess Tea for Mother's Day! I'm not even a princess person myself. However, the events always make my daughter happy and that makes me happy. I'm really glad to have them in Columbus!

My daughter is on the spectrum and has a hard time being patient and staying quiet due to her echolalia. While all the princesses were nice to her, Elsa (also her favorite princess) was so kind and patient with her without me even having to mention that she was on the spectrum. My daughter isn't one to be touched either and the way she embraced Elsa and Elsa embraced her back brought me to tears. My daughter didn't want to let her go. Sometimes people just have an aura and light about them and this Elsa just exuded kindness. The moments my daughter shared with Elsa will forever be a core memory for me. I hope my daughter is still obsessed with Frozen in November and that this special actress is available. Thank you for this experience and for this special moment for my little girl.

When I brought it to the two sales associates attention they didn't care at all! They rerang at the correct price but they were not at all concerned! one of them just told me their prices had gone up and they didn't have time to change the shelf tags. I told them that couldn't do that! They can't have a price on the shelf and charge more at the registe!
