There are quite a few different Foy's downtown Fairborn, each housing a different specialty. We went into the main Foy's which had everything from masks to party supplies to cleaning supplies to candy to parakeets. We bought some candy, browsed the entire store, and had our fortune told by Zoltar. There were two fortunate teller machines and one of them was working. The shop is cluttered and not that big, but they packed lots in there. This iconic store has been around for years and I was glad to finally get to visit. My four year old was partially frightened and partially fascinated.

She said they did have the child's version, even though I was looking for the adult's, and she showed me where that was located. I'm grateful for her help. The rest of the store looked nice and they had a bunch of cool costumes I hadn't seen yet. They were running low on specific ones though, with no plans to restock.

I bought a sign that said it's eyes and the words on the sign were supposed to light up in red. The eyes do not light up and in fact, upon taking it apart to try and fix it ourselves since they refuse exchanges- we found there were not even lights for the eyes to light up! and half the sign did not light up because there wasn't enough light bulbs in the sign. They had little tiny lights on each side but the entire middle section of the wording "Haunted House" you couldn't even read because it wouldn't light up. I bought the bloody hand gel clings and they don't stay on the windows- I have three sets of those things and they fell right off the window within the same day I put them up. I didn't have time to evaluate the bigger items I bought- but I will tonight and may have another review tomorrow. I agree with the previous review- FOY's here I come! Unfortunately- what I feared is exactly what I thought- the room scene decorator (wallpaper of sorts) that I paid $20 for was crap as well. It's made of this slippery-vinyl-plastic material that does not hold tape and of course when you try to use tacks- it causes the paper to rip and tears off the wall. I was very disappointed in the quality of their merchandise- I would say avoid this store- I guess I need to go check out Spirit Halloween stores and see what they have. PRAY it's not the same merchandise! Total customer service fail! About a week ago my wife and I stopped in here and walked right in the…read morefront door, we were stopped by an employee and told that they hadn't opened yet. We came back on the date we were told they would be open and there was a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be open until the 6th of September, we commented on how it was the second time we had stopped here and no luck on trying to spend money with them. Tonight we just happened to be passing by and realized it was the 6th of Sept, so we stopped in for the 3rd time, this time there were customers coming out of the shop, we were in luck! Not so fast!! We were met at the door by a not so pleasant employee who informed us that this was their first day to be open and they closed at 8pm (it was 8:05), I told him it was our third time trying to shop here, he made no comment or apology and just shut the door and we heard it being locked as we walked away. We will take our business elsewhere, they must be doing pretty well to turn away customers like this. I would suggest going to Foy's in Fairborn or anywhere else besides this place, they obviously don't care about potential customers and apparently don't need to make sales.

We had a princess party today and it was awesome! The princess played Elsa and she did such a…read morewonderful job. She was so good with the kids. Also a great singer! We had a tough audience of 3x 2-3 year old girls with toddler attention spans, 3x 1 year old boys running around, and a lot of adults. Princess Elsa really worked to keep everyone engaged. It was like having a real life Ms. Rachel in our house but as a singing princess! She also knew other princess songs, not just from Frozen. Multiple people told me after the party how impressive Princess Elsa was in handling an audience like that. It was so impressive! Moreover she helped host the party. She had a variety of activities and told me when the cake should come out and entertained while I had to do things like slice the cake. I truly cannot say enough good things about the performer. The company/Paulette is also great. I emailed very last minute about the party and they still found a princess. We go to their events at our local Parks and Rec and the "Kid Pops" event they put on in Dublin last summer and really enjoy it all. We haven't been to the Worthington location yet, but are going to the Mother Daughter Princess Tea for Mother's Day! I'm not even a princess person myself. However, the events always make my daughter happy and that makes me happy. I'm really glad to have them in Columbus!

My daughter is on the spectrum and has a hard time being patient and staying quiet due to her echolalia. While all the princesses were nice to her, Elsa (also her favorite princess) was so kind and patient with her without me even having to mention that she was on the spectrum. My daughter isn't one to be touched either and the way she embraced Elsa and Elsa embraced her back brought me to tears. My daughter didn't want to let her go. Sometimes people just have an aura and light about them and this Elsa just exuded kindness. The moments my daughter shared with Elsa will forever be a core memory for me. I hope my daughter is still obsessed with Frozen in November and that this special actress is available. Thank you for this experience and for this special moment for my little girl.

When I brought it to the two sales associates attention they didn't care at all! They rerang at the correct price but they were not at all concerned! one of them just told me their prices had gone up and they didn't have time to change the shelf tags. I told them that couldn't do that! They can't have a price on the shelf and charge more at the registe!
