Sleeping beauty was very sweet and Jasmine was super fun. They also had a party director with them who facilitated the whole thing. She was absolutely fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing and kept the party running smoothly, transitioning from one activity to another with the kids. I booked everything through Jason and he was so helpful and reliable. I didn't know what I was getting into as I've never booked anything like this before. I called ahead and told them I would be bringing back 100 chairs and 13, 8 foot tables and asked if they had people to unload and she said yes. I got there. and there was one guy and he had a cast on one arm. I told him there's a couple girls inside to have one help he said no their office girls. and the guys are on delivery. so he got in the U-Haul and slid the tables as I unloaded and stacked them against the wall and stacked the chairs on carts. I called and talked to a manager. I hate doing that but at that point I'm exhausted I smashed my finger, my back is on fire and I'm physically drained had I'd known I would have brought help. but all the manager said is he would have a chat with him. and sorry. I'm just in so much pain from those tables they are a good 20 lbs it feels like solid 8 foot tables. just wish I didn't have to unload all that I definitely won't be able to sleep tonight.
